Description of Work: We were very pleased by the service provided by Alpha Plumbing. This was the rare company that actually helped us solve an unusual basement leak. After the job of replacing the sewer pipe was completed the company agreed that we should be cautious and observe whether this single repair would be sufficient to solve the issue. Unfortunately it was not However, as soon as we reported the issue the company response was immediate and very satisfactory. I would highly recommend Alpha Plumbing.

Description of Work: I had a the kitchen sump pump replaced because it had a hole in it. The technician who came was very professional and cleaned up so well. He also explained how to prevent the new pump from getting a hole.

Description of Work: We had a leak in our main water supply just outside our house. Alpha Plumbing came on a Monday and gave us an estimate and Tuesday the job was done. They identified what had happened and they fixed it. Also, on Tuesday the weather was less than desirable in that it was raining on and off. This made the job very dirty due to having to dig down to the pipe. The crew was very careful if they had to enter the house they would take off their shoes. also, at the end their clean up was very good. They did a wonderful job.

Description of Work: I paid a flat fee for Alpha plumbing to install a toilet. They were on time but the toliet is wobbly. The toilet appeared to be installed correctly but once I removed a pick of plastic that was sticking out from where the toliet meets the floor, the toilet is now wobblye. It appears the plumber tried to shimmy the toilet to not wobble with the piece of plastic SO no ..they did not do a great job..not even a good job. I never followed uo with Alpha plumbing regarding this as I am sure they would fix it but it should have been done correctly the first time!!!! I used Angies list to avoid these types of problems, installation but unfortunately, that did hot happen.

Description of Work: Called them to investigate a septic smell in the basement and they discovered that one of the main septic collection pipes was leaking. They opened up the concrete floor and replaced a large section of damaged pipe. They did a good job backfilling after the pipe was replaced and poured new concrete. They did a good job cleaning up afterwards. B on quality because the concrete could have been surface leveled and finished better. Overall, quite satisfied.

Description of Work: Excellent service and the price was very fair. They replaced a water heater causing some pipes to corrode (faulting anode rod). Most painless plumber experience i've ever had.

Description of Work: They repaired my leaky bathtub faucet. They were timely, expeditious, and extremely professional. The only cost to me were replacement parts.

Description of Work: I've used Alpha twice - last summer for toilet valve/new handle and new outdoor faucet. The last visit different plumbing issue. Will be using Alpha in the future for kitchen remodel and gas stove. Alpha is an excellent company and a pleasure to do business with.

Description of Work: We had a drain leaking under our concrete slab. Alpha rerouted the drain in a way that involved minimal tearing up of the slab. Capped off the old drain. Alpha performed all necessary excavation and hauling away of concrete. The work came with a ten year material and labor warranty.

Description of Work: The experience was great. I called on the weekend regarding my issues and received a call first thing Monday morning to have a technician come out. Once we discovered the problem, (which is a future fix due to the fact that we have to locate the leak from the second floor) I received an estimate on updating the original pipes and a few other odds and ends. Two weeks later they arrived to do the work and they were on time. The work ended up lasting 5-6 hours and they finished everything that day. Everything works as it should now, no more backed up tub or sink! Other than a little dirt and dust they left the place as they entered it. I would highly recommend Alpha Plumbing and I will probably be contacting them later again this year.
