Description of Work: We've had them do several things. This was a broken faucet in the shower. They came the same morning of the call. It was fixed by noon. They had the required part (or he went it got it). The seat of the faucet wasn't caulked so not giving an A+ but it was good.

WE HAD ESTIMATES FROM AT LEAST 6 COMPANIES, AND ALL WERE IN THE SAME PRICE RANGE (HOWEVER SOME DID NOT EVEN WANT TO TOUCH THE JOB, AND ALL WANTED TO CUT A 6 FT SECTION OF THE FLAGSTONE WALL OUT FOR ACCESS FOR THE EXCAVATOR. ALPHA PLUMBING WAS THE ONLY COMPANY INNOVATIVE, AND CREATIVE ENOUGH COME UP WITH THE IDEA OF RENTING A CRANE TO LIFT THE MACHINERY OVER THE WALL IN ORDER NOT TO DESTROY IT. MISSION WAS ACCOMPLISHED, THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK WAS EXCELLENT, EMPLOYEES VERY RESPECTFUL, AND PUNCTUAL.
Description of Work: INSTALLED NEW 4' PVC SEWER FROM CAST IRON PIPE EXITING HOUSE TO COUNTY TAP CONNECTION. INSTALLED CLEANOUT PIPE AT TAP CONNECTION. USED CRANE TO LIFT EXCAVATOR OVER STONE WALL TO AVOID CUTTING OUT A SECTION OF WALL. REPLACED 3/4' TYPE L COPPER WATERLINE FROM HOUSE TO COUNTY TAP.
