They did very good work. When they dug up the yard they didn't reseed or landscape the yard, but that was stated on the contract.

Excellent job, the man that did the work was a great guy.

It went reasonably well. They arrived later than expected, but worked quickly to drain the old one and install a new one. They removed the old one and cleaned up thoroughly.

The plumber was on-time, came and got straight to work. He replaced the pipes, and let me know that the other junctions that we saw green oxidation wasn't due to leaks, but rather to the original plumber using too much flux, which is just refreshing to have someone tell you that you don't need to fix something. He replaced the one T-junction that was leaking, and even put up with my numerous questions. While he was waiting for the pipes to cool before testing, he even tried to fix my sink where the previous owner had put the hot water tap on backwards. I was very pleased with the work. The guy was nice, very competent, and it cost half of what I was expecting.

This situation developed in the late afternoon and we had visions of not being able to use any water in the house for the rest of the day, that night and as long the following day as it would take to get someone to respond. When I explained that my wife is a semi-invalid and not very mobile, Chuck made a grand effort to divert a man from another busy job in order to have him come and clear our drains which he did in short order. This is the third time I've used Alpha and have once again been very, very happy with the results. Alpha will always be my choice for plumbing needs.

Terrific! Alpha Plumbing called 10 minutes prior to appointment to let me know that the plumber was running about 15 minutes late. Zack was here within 30 minutes of the phone call. He assessed the job and began working immediately. He determined that one piece was missing for the pipe connection to the faucet but had a substitute on his truck. He was thorough -- making sure that the dishwasher worked and drained properly after reconnecting it and that everything was cleaned up and ready to go before he left. He told me of a couple of problems he encountered along the way so that I would know what he was doing and he was very competent and professional. We will definitely use Alpha Plumbing again.

They came out and gave me an estimate and performed the work within one day.

First, they came out to check the situation out. A second person (I think he was the owner) came out later to assist. They snaked the line. They were extremely thorough & informative. They took their time & seemed to take the job very seriously. They recommended sewer line replacement due to tree roots in the line. We decided to go ahead with the sewer line work & they were able to come out as soon as we needed them to. Did the job in one day, very efficiently, & cleaned up after themselves entirely. The price was also very reasonable. We had had a sewer line replaced in another house & it was a much higher price. Can't remember how much the snaking was, but it was also lower than expected.

Outstanding service. Plumber showed up on time and got right to work. He was careful to minimize the mess. He also was considerate about the billable time, I had three things to repair, and while he waited for the water to drain out of the pipes (about 45 minutes) he proceeded with the other repairs to save time. The prices were very fair. Another plumbing company that I had called initially wanted $400-$450 to repair the leaking pipe. Instead, I had all three repairs done for $271.00. Most importantly though, the repairs were done RIGHT. I waited 2 weeks to make sure that the repair did not leak before patching the walls, and all is well.

This is the second time I have called on Alpha to solve a plumbing problem. This time it was a Friday afternoon and I had visions of having to wait till the following Monday for help. Not so! Chuck Taylor dispatched Brad within the hour and the problem was quickly diagnosed as a leaking wax seal, the result of having the toilet installed by a ''home handyman'' from our church who we wanted to support with this seemingly simple job. Brad had the seal installed, properly this time, the toilet re-seated and the leak stopped in less than an hour. He was very careful to constrain the resulting mess of an old seal and other nasty stuff attendant to mounting a toilet on a 60 year old iron plumbing fixture. He is a very personable fellow who worked quickly and efficiently. I believe the price was reasonable for the work required, especially considering the rapid response. Alpha has been there for me twice in the past year. They are the only plumbing service I will consider calling from now on.

Brad Cohen from Alpa Plumbing came out to look at what I thought was a broken drain pipe in a wall. He was able to access the pipe by cutting into a wall in the bathroom so as not to damage our newly remodeled kitchen cabinets. After opening the wall and removing the clog in the pipe, he found that the pipe was not broken, but rather had not been vented correctly inside the wall. He installed the correct vent valve. Brad was on time, professional, and very friendly. He appreciated that I asked questions and was interested in what he was doing, and even gave me a discount as a result. I would recommend Brad and Alpha Plumbing without reservation.

I am pleased to recommend Alpha Plumbing to anyone. The plumber showed up on time. He surveyed the problem and recommended that the whole drain should be replaced and showed me where it was rusted. The gentleman was polite and patiently answered my questions. I agreed to the work. He checked out the bathtub water control and saw that the bolt was broken. All needed parts were on his truck. The work was done quickly and cleanly. I was really pleased with the price because the labor charged was only for the actual work time; he did not include the time to define the problem, explained it to me, and found the parts on his truck. He didn't even charge for the bolt!

Older faucets were repaired and the leak under the sink turned out to be a corroded disposal unit. I was at first surprised by the bill after the work was done (I was not home at the time and the babysitter was told to let him in and did not ask if he would call me first before doing the work). However after hearing the cost breakdown I thought that the pricing was QUITE fair and reasonable. Two faucet repairs at $40, in sink disposal unit install/replaced at $280. I do not know what the size/hp was, but I was informed it was the same rating as the old one. I believe the tech was at my home for about 2-3 hours. We had some follow-up issues which were fully addressed and handled to my COMPLETE satisfaction. Everything was explained in good technical detail, no monkey business or "you need to buy rustproofing" sales pitches. Brad C. and Chris were courteous and polite, and really was a pleasure to talk to. Very highly recommended, I was very pleased with the service.

The work was done in a timely manner. We had to coordinate the plumbing with the tile contractor, and they came right when they were needed and always on time.

We were happy with the work Alpha Plumbing did on the previous job, so I called them to come back to install a hose bibb in the rear of the house. I emailed and someone called the next day to set up an appointment. Brad arrived at the designated time and was helpful and professional. He looked around our house and considered the job. Then, he said that it was possible, but that he would not reccommend it. The way the plumbing lines are laid out in our house would make it difficult and risky to do the job. Brad did not charge us for the service call because someone else from Alpha Plumbing had been at our house before and had discussed with us installing the hose bibb in the backyard without mentioning (realizing) that it would be costly and difficult. I greatly respect Brad and Alpha Plumbing for advising us not to do the job. Some less reputable place may have done the job without telling us about the problems we could face. We will definately use Alpha Plumbing again.

Brad, was my plumber and was excellent! He was 10 minutes early, in and out in 15 minutes, thorough, and very personable. He did excellent work and was nice to my dog! This was a small job and I will use them in the future for some remodeling I have planned.

He stated he would call be back with the estimate. I received a call back and he quoted me over $900. That was more than other estimates I received because all he had to do was replace 3 hot water covers. I feel his price is too high.

We woke up to water gushing out of a pipe in the basement. The plumber came quickly and was able to take care of the problem right away for a reasonable price. I highly recommend Alpha Plumbing.

Alpha is a terrific company! Chuck will try to save you money- he told me months ago on the phone that it was a caulking problem! But I needed to learn how to caulk.

I have received estimates up to 250.00, with other plumbers telling me that my drywall would have to be cut in order to fix the outside faucet. Alpha Plumbing reviewed the work, and decided to try to fix without cutting drywall in my foyer. It worked, and the end job looks great. Alpha is prompt, courteous, neat and very professional. They were very concerned that I was pleased with their work. I would recommend Alpha to anyone who needs a plumber.

Buddy the plumber was on time, worked quickly and efficiently, was very personable and courteous. I believe the price was very reasonable considering the difficulty of the job.
