Called to get estimate. They were able to send a plumber within 2 hours. Brian was the plumber who came over. He was courteous, explained everything in detail and was NOT pushy in any way. Completed the repair under time he originally gave and did not include time required to travel to get parts. Very satisfied and will recommend.

Very professional work and very accurate results. Although I didn't hire them to do the actual line replacement their video work and location service was excellent.

The bottom level toilet overflowed when bath ,shower or washer ran. Another plumbing company tried cleaning out sewer line also put camera down, gave estimate to replace line as it was collapsed. We got two other estimates . Alpha was the lowest. They were very professional . It took them one day to start work and finished in 7 hours. They gave us a ten year guarantee on the work.

They are just awesome. They first came out to be part of a bathroom renovation at my home. They removed all of the existing fixtures, commodes, sinks, etc. and redid all of the piping and the drainage. They installed the new fixtures, commode, plumbing for a shower, the tub, and even connected two double vanities. They are awesome. First of all they know what they are doing. They are very professional, polite, and courteous. I just cannot say enough good things about them. I trust them with all of my plumbing problems. The cost included the price of the fixtures and the labor. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Plumber cut through plaster to access drain pipe in the wall. Repaired drain pipe and checked for leaks. Overall a thorough repair. This company does not repair plaster/drywall but I was informed of that at the time of the estimate so understood in advance that such repairs were not part of the service

They came out very promptly and were very good at what they did. They gave me a discount on the price. They normally charge $85 to come out, but they cut that down to $45 for me because I had just recently used them. I will continue to use them in the future. I have given their name and address to the rest of my family.

I thought the price was a little much. The quality was fine, but not perfect. I don't think he deserved an A, and I don't think he deserves a B. He left the pipe here, and he cut through the the drywall. He wasn't very neat. They need to be neater, and take their parts back with them.

we were getting water and stuff coming back UP the drain anytime water was used in the house, which partially flooded the basement. We had tried chemical drain cleaners but they didn't help enough. The plumbers used a power auger which worked great and cleared the problem up completely. HOWEVER, they had moved the toilet to get at the drain, and they didn't replace the wax seal under it, so we had to do that part ourselves two weeks later after the basement had dried enough that we could tell where the smell was coming from. I had thought that the wax seal HAD to be replaced every time a toilet was moved, and certainly ours needed replacing.

Chuck came by at the promised time to provide an estimate on Thursday. Arrangements were made to do the work on Monday. The crew showed up on time. Utility people showed up like clockwork to do markings. The crew was exceptionally professional, polite and respectful of the property and each other. Replacing the water main pipe was a huge undertaking requiring excavation of the front yard and concrete slab inside the house. They worked so hard it hurt to watch them yet they never complained and maintained a positive attitude from the beginning to end of the job. I don't know if the price for the job was reasonable or not. It seemed like a lot of money but there was a tremendous amount of manpower and equipment requirements. I don't want to unfairly rate the company on price. The entire project was so well organized. This is a very impressive company.

The plumber arrived on time in the morning. After looking at my old shower faucet, he determined that the parts were too old to be repaired, visiting a nearby supply store during the process. He did not have time to finish the job that morning, but came back during the late afternoon after hearing how I wanted the work done that day - later in the week did not work. He completed the work perfectly, coming in under the quoted price. The new shower, stems, and handles are working great. I thought the price was very reasonable and the service was excellent. I will definitely use them again for plumbing services.

They came next day at the set time. They were thorough and courteous.

I had to have the basement waterproofing system installed and during the installation, the workers revealed a cracked 90 in our cast iron piping for the toilet. I called Alpha to have someone come out within the next two days in order to make sure the waterproofers were able to pour the concrete on time. Alpha Plumbing was able to send someone the very next morning to fix the problem in less time and under the estimate. I was and am very pleased with the service. The technician also made sure to install the 90 so the flange sat a bit higher in order to compensate for the concrete and the tile flooring so the toilet would sit at the proper level when the full reconstruction was complete.

The company & work men were alway attentive to my concerns and questions about the work. They were on time for the appointment and I received a call from the company office to let me know the men were on their way. I will use Alpha Plumbing again...

They arrived early and everything was fixed promptly.

We noticed that water would be running occassionally to refill our upstairs hall toilet even though it had not been flushed. We also noticed that the toilet rocked side to side and the tank rocked back and forward. One of the toilet bolts had pulled out the flange while being cleaned. Our Master bedroom toilet was taking a long time to refill the tank and did not alway flush completely. Lastly, the water pressure was weak after having the Water Pressure Value replaced by another company a year ago. Chris, a Master Plumber and owner of Alpha, explained that when a previous company installed the toilet they had not tightened down the tank to the bowl nor the toilet to the floor. Water had been leaking very slowly from the tank and had rusted the flange holding the toilet to the floor - that's why the bolt had pulled out.

Chris and his assistant, Billy, were punctual and even gave me a heads-up phone call that they were on their way. They sized up the repair situation quickly and gave me the choice of having my old faucet rebuilt or replacing it with a new one. They had two options on their truck for me to choose from, one costing $270 and the other costing $125. I was happy that they had inventory with them rather than having to re-schedule for another appointment. I chose the lesser expensive model because it was similar to my old one and that has satisfied me for over 22 years use. They were very courteous and they completed their work quickly and left NO mess. Literally, I did not have to clean up anything after they left! Also, they took the time to give me a quote on replacing my water heater which will be the next repair I use Alpha Plumbing for. Finally, they showed me where the main water cut-off is to my residence. Sad to say that I haven't known that for the 22 years I have lived in this home, but now I know. Also, they recommended that I turn off the water to the house the next time I go on vacation rather than turning off individual toilets and other water valves in the house. Overall, I am one satisfied customer and happy that I used Angies List as I would never have found this contractor without the on-line recommendation and customer testimonials.

Chris and Justin arrived on time after calling us and letting us know they were on the way on the day of the scheduled appointment. Upon arrival, the guys greeted us and were very professional, and were prompt in getting t the souce of our problem, a tub leaking through our kitchen ceiling. The guys ended up replacing a broken gasket, and completed the job in about 30 minutes. They showed us the broken gasket, cleaned up quickly, and were on to the next job. It was a true pleasure to have chosen Alpha Plumbing, and rest assured we will call Alpha when we need a plumber again. Thanks Alpha!!

Plumber was on time, completed work to specification and to quote. I would definitely use Alpha Plumbing again. Very professional, courteous and work completed as required. Replaced kitchen faucet with a new one that I supplied. No plumbing issues, just replaced builder installed faucet with new model. A slow drip in soaking tub. Replaced parts and corrected problem.

Chris fixed leaky faucets in a kitchen sink, a bathroom sink, and an outside spigot. He replaced a pop-up in another bathroom sink so that the sink can now hold water. He was very nice and did a great job.

Alpha Plumbing is okay. It was nothing special. The guy was nice and he did a good job. The service was good.

Excellent. I thought I would need a new faucet but he fixed the one I have and said it didn't need to be replaced therefore saving me a lot of money. He also tightened the screws on my toilet seat and door handles on the bath door...This was great as I'm 76 and not so handy anymore.

I appreciated his honesty because he certainly could have sold me a new hot water heater, even though that would not have solved the problem with the mixing valve that interfaces with the heating system. He was exceptionally pleasant and competent.

The overall job went very smoothly with no mess or fuss. This is the way all plumbers should be.
