We had used them about three years ago, and the hot water tank went out again. I had company coming, so I was a little worried about that. They responded very promptly and came the very same day and fixed it. I talked to the gentleman in the office, and the plumber who was out on the field called just to make sure that there was somebody here. He said he would be here in half an hour. Everyone stayed in touch, and they stayed on top of it. The job went very well. The tank was under warranty, so they replaced that quickly, and I had to pay only for labor. I got a coupon off of Angie?s List, so they gave me $10. I didn?t really price it, but I assume their price was pretty good. I have not had problems with the water heater so far. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

Woke up to find the pressure valve on the water heater had burst, being that it's gas and gas scares me, I called Alpha Plumbing an hour before they opened. Within an hour someone was at the house to make sure it wasn't going to explode, he informed me that I simply needed to replace the pressure relief valve, but considering the water heater was over 10 years old, I asked to have the entire heater replaced. He told me the price, and someone was out a few hours later to do it. The install went perfect, everything was provided, and everything was cleaned up. Would highly recommend.

We used them for our rental property. We had a leak around the tub and they cleaned it up. There was no real plumbing work done. They were responsive and helpful. They did do some survey work and didn't find any other problem.

They did a great job and cleaned up after their work. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

I called Alpha Plumbing - Chuck came out and took a video of the main sewer line out to the street - he knew exactly what to do. Roots had grown into pipes at different sections. He replaced 21 foot of pipe on one of the coldest days of the year. The guys were good and efficient, very professional. I would definitely use them again. Very fair priced for the amount of work that was done.

I called Alpha Plumbing to repair a leaky toilet and to replace it with a new model. They were the second company to visit my house. The first, Drain Busters, was dispatched by the home warranty company providing services to my recently purchased home. I was not impressed with the competence or professionalism of Drain Busters or their technician, who was not a licensed plumber. Although he diagnosed the problem correctly, he was not qualified to fix it. John, who answered the phone at Alpha, seemed to understand the situation completely, gave me a detailed plan for fixing the leak, and quoted prices for different types of toilets. I found Alpha through Angie's List, scheduled a visit and ordered a new toilet because we needed a new one in that location anyway. The plumber (Brian?) arrived a few minutes later than scheduled but was ready to start work as soon as he came in the door. He had all the right parts and tools in his truck. He immediately replaced the flange and installed the new elbow pipe, then installed and bolted down the new toilet. He carted away the old toilet, placed the cardboard box at the curb for the recycling truck to pick up, then cleaned up the work area. The job was completed in 90 minutes. I'm very satisfied with the level of work.

Extremely well, their price was better than competitors, they performed the work exactly whan and as promised.

They did a great job. They were late and called when they were, but they did get the work done in the scheduled amount of time.

Called on a Tuesday and made an appointment for the following Thursday (at my convenience) to have my hose bibs looked at. The crew called ahead of time, arrived and very quickly did the work. Turned out I just needed new vacuum breakers.They also gave a quote for replacing my garbage disposal and kitchen sink, answered plenty of questions, and even showed me where my water shut off for one of the outside faucets is- sounds silly but I had no idea! I will definitely use them for future plumbing projects.

Alpha plumber arrived on time, introduced himself and his parnter, showed identification and asked to see the project before starting. He explained thoroughly what he was going to do and how long it would take. He had to remove our vanity in the master bathroom. By the end of the day we had water restored to the second floor. We are very happy with the result and would recommend Alpha Plumbing to friends and neighbors.

This is the second time I have used this company and I have nothing but good things to say about them. Tha work was done in a professional manner and in about a quarter of the time I thought it was goint to take. I believe their charges are very fair. These are the people I will call for any further plumbing problems I may have. I highly recommend this company.

After connecting the water line to the icemaker on a new refrigerator I opened the saddle valve on the cold water pipe in the basement which had been shut off for several years because the icemaker on the old refrigerator quit operating. The saddle valve began to leak around the fittings in both the on and off position. Could not get the leak to stop on my own so I called Alpha Plumbing based on the info I read on Angiess List. Chuck, the owner of Alpha Plumbing was the Master Plumber that did the work in my home. Chuck arrived within 10 minutes of my scheduled appointment time. He was very professional and personable in his approach and recommendation as to how he could resolving my issue. I feel that the price was fair for this job and that the quality of the work and parts used were excellent. There was no wasted time - his truck was equipped with everything he needed to do this job. I have used several other plumbers in the past for work needed at my home and this was by far the best experience with the work performed and the person performing the work. I do plan on using Alpha Plumbing for future plumbing work around the house.

Called on a monday, got an appointment right away for thursday morning (my earliest convenience). Was told they would be there between 9 and 9:30. Promptly at 8:50 am they arrive, get right to work and within 45 minutes the repair was complete. He was able to anchor the new flange to our concrete slab, which is a great bonus.

They were extremely friendly and prompt. I called them with little notice, and they were able to complete the jobs very quickly. The technicians were extremely professional and efficient, and their quotes for the work almost exactly matched the final bill. I would definitely recommend them, and plan to use them in the future for any of our plumbing needs.

I scheduled Alpha to send someone out to repair/replace two outdoor faucets that were leaking. Initially I was prepared to have both faucets replaced which involved cutting through sheetrock from inside the house. When Buddy came I asked if he could repair the faucets without replacing them, he thought he could and had the work completed within 30 minutes. My final cost was half the original quote (which would have involved replacing the faucets). While he was there I asked for a quote on replacing my gas water heater, their estimate was better than another company I "used" to use with whom I have a contract that's supposed to give discounted prices. I'm going to stick with Alpha from now on, they're very professional and efficient.

I called this morning at 9:00, and Andrew was at my house within an hour and a half!! Everyone I interacted with was courteous. The price came in as quoted over the phone. I will definitely use Alpha again and recommend the company to friends and neighbors.

The estimate for the poly replacement was too high and so I decided to use another company that specializes in this work only and use Alpha plumbing for miscellaneous plumbing work on my 20+ year old home. Chuck was irritated by my decision to go elsewhere for the big job and told me he would have to increase the quoted price on the other plumbing jobs, which I thought was B.S. I didn't like his attitude and would not recommend him. On the other hand, he is punctual. He did come by to give the estimate when he said he would.

Called at 8:30 am, they gave me an 11am to 1pm window and would call about 30 mins prior to arrival. They promptly called at 10:50 am saying they were about 20 mins away, and arrived at 11:10 am. Took slightly over 1 hour to complete the job, and they did a thorough job ensuring that the clog was fixed (it was at least 30 feet down the pipe!). Both servicemen were very courteous and professional. Was charged a fair amount, less than I would have anticipated.

There is really nothing more to say about it. I was not present and am reporting what my tenant told me.

I Found mold growing on the basement ceiling. When I attempted to clean it off, I quickly realized it was due to a leak from the upstairs toilet. I searched Angie's list for a reputable plumber.... (I have had some bad experiences in the past). Found Alpha Plumbing and I submitted a form thru their website for them to contact me. This was at about 6:45AM and they do not open for business until 8AM, so I figured that I would hopefully get a response sometime by noon. To my surprise I received a phone call almost immediately! Brian was at my house right on time, at 8:30AM. He was very professional and very courteous. He knew right away what the problem was and how to best and most affordably fix it. When I made the appointment unfortunately, I wasn't thinking about my wife's work schedule. He had no problem waiting for a few minutes for my wife to shower, before looking at the toilet. While waiting, I asked Brian about a few other issues I was having and asked if he had any experience dealing with the issues. He was very nice and let me pick his brain while waiting. Brian informed me that the screws used to tighten down the flange were too small and that?s why it was loose and leaking. He was able to re-use the flange and just screw it down with bigger and more secure screws. He then bolted down the toilet itself better than before so it doesn?t move at all. Afterwards, Brian left me with some tips for the other issues I was having. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the quality, professionalism, timeliness, and courtesy of both Alpha Plumbing and my plumber Brian. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will be using them for any future plumbing needs.

Fair price, good work would use again.

The response was very fast, the plumber showed up either the same day we called or the next (don't recall exactly), and showed up when they said he would. He solved a long standing problem with the fireplace in the family room that another plumber had not been able to figure out. That service call and repair was approximately $125. We asked him to also give us an estimate for extending the gas line and installing a new fireplace we had purchased elsewhere. He gave us a quote that was very reasonable (the remainder of the total $478 cost) and said he could do it right then if we liked. We went ahead and had him do the work then. We had gas in the basement already and we had selected a location for the fireplace that was just on the other side of the wall from where the gas furnace was located. He installed a new connection with appropriate cut-offs, then ran the new gas line across the space and through the wall. The line was neatly placed and out of the way, very professionally done. The cut through the wall was perfect. He cleaned everything up really well, was fast, and very courteous. We will definitely go back to Alpha Plumbing the next time we need a plumber.

He also replaced worn o rings in a Reverse Osmosis system and helped us get better water flow in the system. He snaked one of our toilets and gave me some advice about increasing the flush power of one of our toilets. I will call Alpha Plumbing the next time I have any plumbing issues!
