Called back quickly and scheduled a time to provide an estimate. Professional, courteous, and flexible when our initial plan to run the line along the same path as as the original did not work out. Very happy with this team.

The work went great. We are really pleased. My husband tried to install the new toilet himself but the bolts were rusted. We selected Alpha - the work was done quickly with no issues. They cleaned up and hauled the old toilet away, too. My husband & I would definitely use Alpha again.

The appointment was scheduled quickly and he was able to arrive early. He checked out the sink and toilet and fixed them quickly. He even found an old wasp nest in a fan that wasn't working; after removing the nest, the fan worked. Would definitely use this company again.

I left a message with Alpha last night and John John called me back this morning before business hours. Michelle followed up to let us know when they would arrive. Dan arrived as soon as he could, was very professional, and was done in less than an hour. Alpha applied an Angie's List coupon too. Highly recommended!

Alpha was fantastic! I emailed them late last night and by 8:50am this morning Michelle had someone scheduled to come out by mid afternoon. Then chris came available and was at our home by 10:30. Super fast response, super nice guy. He quickly diagnosed the problem and proceeded to fix the problem. Then he pointed out a leak that we had missed and fixed that as well. All completed in 45 minutes. Very reasonably priced, professional, knowledgeable. Would use Alpha again with no hesitation. Thank you!

The job to install the garbage disposal unit went perfect. We already had purchased the unit to be installed. The technicians Dan & Matt were on time and very friendly. Dan & Matt acted professionally and worked very well together. The installation took a few minutes maybe 15 minutes at best and Dan tested the unit as well as the mounting of the unit to ensure proper installation without leaks. Dan removed the old unit and all debris.

The estimate was about $1000 more than what I paid. The experience was fine. I didn't have any issues. It was just a phone conversation.

For months we had standing water on the side of the house. We had 3 other plumbers to include county people come out and try to diagnose the problem. Chris came in and diagnosed then came back and fixed the problem. From now on we will only use this company and ask for Chris. They are the best!

Called originally for them to check the sump pump. Quick response within 40 minutes. Andrew checked and tightened something that was loose. Asked how old it was etc. Said it was working ok. There was no pressure selling unlike some companies who enquire how old it is and it should be replaced now blah blah blah..... Being unsure of how old it was and we had been in house for over 5 years and it runs a lot we decided to replace it there and then. Cleaned out all stones and dirt installed pump and also a valve that should have been on the original piping. Had used this company 3 weeks prior after getting them off Angie's list. was happy then and happy now. They will be my go to plumbing company for any future work.

I cannot say how pleased I am with Alpha Plumbing. The price was very fair. The work was top notch. Buddy was extremely professional and really busted his hump getting the line replaced and re-run. I have a couple other plumbing projects I have on my honey-do list and I am so glad I found a plumber who will help me get those done right and for the rigth price without trying to rip me off.

Found and fixed leak below kitchen sink. Was very thorough. Leak stemmed from rotted garbage disposal that leaked primarily when dishwasher was used; disposal was replaced on site at time of appointment, with same brand but slightly more powerful model. Checked wiring, replaced sink flange and cover, removed and resealed u-bend under sink to ensure maximum leak prevention; checked, tightened and made adjustments to faucet and housing. All systems including disposal and dishwasher were checked & tested thoroughly to make sure any and all leaks were properly resolved. Provided education on disposal use and problem solving and gave advice on several future plumbing projects. Called Monday afternoon; since issue was not an emergency was able to make appointment for the following morning. Had many options for arrival time and I chose to be scheduled for second call of the day to arrive around 10 am and 12 pm. Chris was extremely punctual with courtesy phone call before arrival. Job took an hour from start to finish including discussions, installation, education, clean-up, paperwork and payment. Gave $10 Angie's List discount for services. Chris was very knowledgeable, polite and courteous and a pleasure to talk to, with discussion on family business and training. Thank you Angie's List for helping me find a reliable service provider and thank you Alpha Plumbing for making this a quick and easy repair at a reasonable cost.

The technician and I started off on the wrong foot. He was and hour and a half late. He showed and and they time he was at my house was not done at a high efficiency. I paid for $129 for a big deal which clearly states that it would cover garbage disposal de-clogging. I was charged an EXTRA $75 for snaking which was not previously discussed. I was told I had to pay it before he left. I tried to call the office no one picked up the phone and no would discuss the extra charge with me. I am not amused with the lack professionalism from the mangers at the office. I would not recommend this company and I will not be using them again.

Chris called a bit before he arrived to let me know when he would be coming. He was personable, professional and answered many of my questions while working on both items I needed repaired.

Andrew did a fine, efficient job. I have used Alpha before and Andrew exhibited the same top-quality care and workmanship as the other Alpha plumbers in my past experiences. He is "at one" with his craft, and knows the trade well, answering all questions flawlessly from his extensive knowledge base.

Husband had put in a new sink but had problems with the drain aligning after several attempts we looked through Angies list for a plumber and found Alpha with very good ratings. Plumber explained what needed to be done and why. Very happy with the work and cost, would use again.

I called Alpha Plumbing due to their excellent ratings on Angie?s List. I wanted them to check our electric water heater system because it appeared not to be working properly, and our bathtub faucet due to excessive leaking when the diverter was pulled. Brian arrived on time and promptly went to work. I told him about the issues we were having and he discussed the proper way that these items should work. He then checked the water heater and based on the flow and amount of time it took for the water to heat, he determined that the water heater was working properly. After that, he checked the bathtub faucet and determined that a replacement was needed. He happened to have one in his truck and replaced it quickly and efficiently. I was impressed by Brian?s proficiency and friendliness and would highly recommend Alpha Plumbing. I will definitely call them for any future plumbing and water heater needs.

Excellent. He was on time and stuck to the estimate price even though it involved a little extra work. Plus he fixed a lot of poor plumbing work that was done during the old water tank install. He also took a look at a leak I had free of charge. Great guys, very professional and trustworthy.

I had a baby washcloth go down my tub drain, causing it backup and leave standing water for hours after showering. I called they were able to come out the same day. I feel like they could have charged me much more, or taken much more time to complete the job, but they didn't. The tech was super nice and quick, everything was done in about 10 minutes and covered under the counsoltation and first 30 minutes of labor that comes with it. I will probably only use them going forward, I was very pleased and wish I had used them the last time I had plumbing issues (before I had Angie's List) rather than one of the bigger named companies.

Brian, the plumber was on time and absolutely professional. He was not only reasonably priced, but helped us to avoid costly repairs. Will be using Alpha Plumbing from now on!

Since we have a lot of ground water, our two sump pumps are kept busy and have a limited lifespan. Alpha plumbing always provides excellent service and is very responsive in working with our schedule to come out and replace the sump pump. This time was no exception and we are very happy with the service provided.
