Description of Work: The technician (who I think was named Ron) arrived on time. He was quite professional and asked what electrical items needed fixing. I had attempted to swap out two auto-sensing light switches with plain flip switches, and install a dimmer. Things went well for about half of the installation process, and then stopped working towards the end. Ron quickly diagnosed what needed to be done, and set to work. | |What I appreciated most is he asked if I wanted to know what I had done wrong - which I did. He explained some of the basics of circuitry that I thought I understood - but after speaking to him, had a much better understanding of the set up so as to feel comfortable tackling simple jobs like this again. I've turned into somewhat of a do-it-yourselfer over the past few years, and prefer to understand how my home systems work, instead of fearing them as "little black boxes". | |Ron finished the work in an hour and a half, and confirmed that I had a credit of $50 should I ever need any other electrical work done. | |I would recommend this company, and think the technician provided excellent service.

Description of Work: The electrician quickly identified the reason why lights will not working and repaired it in less than 15 minutes. Since I have paid for an hour of Labor, he also performed minor repairs as well as provided preventative instructions. I would definitely recommend their services and use them again.
