The wiring was all messed up from previous owner and he came and took care of things very quickly at a good price.

Technician was professional. All work was performed with great expertise. I was informed the entire time of the installation of what was going on, and I would hire Able Electrical Services Inc. again in a heart beat! Tahnk you to Matt for an outstanding job and Able for providing superior service!!

Paul did a great job. He explained what the issues were and he was on-time.

It went great. The installer was on time and very professional. I knew from the initial estimate with Doug that they would be able to get the lights installed and working. I wasn’t sure how it would look. However, the installer made it look great and unobtrusive. I was surprised at how nice it looked. I would definitely do business with them again.

Doug made a terrific first impression when he came for the estimate. We appreciated that he was receptive to finding the least costly solution for our needs. We knew when he left we wanted to choose him. Crossed our fingers that his price would not be out of budget. When we got the plan we were pleased with the price. The work was scheduled promptly. Matt did a great job with the install. He was on time, removed his shoes in the house, worked with us to locate the receptacle in the best possible area, and restored everything to a clean state. He went above and beyond to install the wall mount plate for our charging apparatus. We are so satisfied with the work. Able Electrical Services are our guys going forward. I will refer friends and neighbors.

Everything went great. The only reason I didn't give an A for quality is that they had to leave holes in my wall and ceiling tile to run the speaker wires. I did agree to this after it was explained how they would have to run the wires, but I haven't figured out how to fix the ceiling tile yet. So I would say it would be nice if that weren't the case and that it wasn't so destructive to do the work and/or it would be repaired as part of the service offered. I would still highly recommend.

It went great and they did a terrific job.

Ceiling fans worked out great and job was done well. There had not previously been fans there, so they had to be wired to work with the switches in each room.

Chris, the technician, quickly diagnosed, found, and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. It was not the breaker. Turned out to be a bad outlet, which he found and replaced.

Everything went very well except for one communication snag in the middle. When I fist contacted them and explained the work I needed done they were very responsive . They got me a quote with 1-2 business days. That quote included the need to climb around the attic and run an extra electrical wire to the wall switch because I wanted a separate control for the fan and the light. Once Chris arrived he suggested a solution that would save me time and money. With the existing wiring he could mount a remote control on the wall that would allow me to control the fan and light independently. Unfortunately neither Home Depot nor Lowe's had the control in stock so I ordered on Amazon. Due to this Chris could not finish the job that day. Here's the snag...I thought Chris was going to contact me to come back out the next week. When I didn't hear from him after a week I called him on his cell. He told me that he thought the office was going to contact me to reschedule, but they didn't. I then called the office and got on the schedule, but the day for which I was scheduled the technician called out sick. I rescheduled again and the tech arrived as agreed. Like Chris (I don't recall his name), he was prompt, friendly and efficient. He finished installing the last two fans (Chris mounted the first one but wasn't able to connect the wall control) and installed all 3 controllers in less than 3 hours. He also showed me how to use the controllers since there was a dimmer capability to them. Except for the communication hiccup in the middle I thought they were friendly, responsive, easy to work with and reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

The electrician replaced the damaged outlet with a GFI outlet.

I feel at least one of my electrical issues poses danger to myself, and my home so the lack of response and follow up screams at me that my potential electrical dangers are of no concern to this company.

Work was done neatly, quickly, efficiently and professionally overall. Great job and the technician John explained everything he did from start to finish. Very nice guy and would have him back again for electrical work.

Excellent. Sent a service inquiry email on a Sunday morning expecting to hear from them on Monday. Got a call back Sunday afternoon and they were able to help me out over the phone to identify and correct the fault. Will definitely go back to them in the future if I need additional service!

Everything was excellent! Arrived within the time specified and did an great job at a fair price. I can't remember the name of the gentleman who came but he was very friendly and walked me through everything he was doing. He also provided options for ways in which he could make some of the repairs and provided his recommendation. He was able to answer every question I had. Top-notch company I would highly recommend!

The work went extremely smoothly. Ben was efficient, friendly, communicated well, and did good work. The initial estimate I received was accurate, they were accommodating of scheduling constraints, and the electrician (Ben) was able to handle the little obstacles that always pop up during these modifications. I would definitely use them again, and would recommend them to anyone looking for an electrician.

Things went well. Electrician always arrived on time. Great communication. It did take some time to set up additional appointments, but they were always on time.

I thought my garbage disposal was broken because it didn't come on, but it was actually the switch needed to be replaced; saved me some money. I've been using them about two years. They're prompt and courteous, and they come when they say they're gonna come. They don't make a lot of excuses why they're ... that seems to be a big thing today. We just had some work done on our bathroom and the guy was late every day with a million excuses, so I wasn't happy about that. Electricians are expensive. I think I called in the morning and then they came that afternoon, so I would say that's pretty good.
