Arrived as promised, did the work in a professional manner, looks good, works as it should. Quality organization that I would have no hesitation using again for any electrical work.

Great. On Saturday, I emailed through Angie's List. Doug emailed me back that night (even though the company is closed on the weekend) asking specifics such as bulb wattage, ceiling height, etc. We set a time on Tuesday. The electrician showed up as scheduled. However, one of the bulbs did not work properly. They re-ordered the bulb right away. The bulb came in this morning, so at 6:45 am (I said they could call early) we got a call that the electrician would arrive by 8 am. He did, and fortunately brought not one, but two bulbs, as once again, one didn't work. I was impressed with Doug's quick response initially and the forward-thinking ordering. None of the Angie's List coupons matched the service we needed, so I asked if they gave a senior's discount. They gave 10%, which was appreciated! The one suggestion: only John, the second electrician, wore shoe covers.

The installation took a little longer than necessary as they arrived without the parts needed, but still got it done and the work performed was professional and works great.

The electrician was knowledgeable and efficient. He explained things clearly and answered all my questions. I had no prior experience with this company and selected them based on Angie's List reviews. They were able to offer me a same day appointment. I'd certainly call them again!

Worker showed up on time and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Neat, clean took pride in his work. No touch up work was needed. Couldn't ask for it to be any better. Plan to use them again for future work.

This is the second time I have used Able. The office staff was very friendly, professional, and accommodating to my schedule. Russell (the electrician) was professional, efficient, explained the project, and did an excellent job. I was very pleased with the whole process.

No issues. All circuits worked under generator power.

I called and asked for some repairs they set the appt for 5/19 am. The service tech showed about 8:30 am right on time he even called before to say he was on his way. He replaced 3 smoke alarms and installed a new one in the back basement. They were more than 20 years old... Changed out a dimmer switch. Replaced 5 outlets. Then replaced outdoor gfi's and put a new style box on the outside outlet. real nice job. This is the 3 rd or 4th time we have used them and will call them again with any electrical repairs. They do a great job.

It was great!...on time...and for the exact price they said. I will be calling them back when I need more work done. I highly recommend them.

Excellent, very efficient and curteous

Installation went exactly as planned. The outlet was installed on the front of the house. The electrician was courteous and the installation looks nice.

Service electrician John arrived on time and was very pleasant. He started in right away assessing the location to which to pulled an electrical line to the exterior. Luckily, the interior outlet was ideally placed so the electric could be pulled directly the exterior brick wall. John tested and caulked the new exterior electrical box, and cleaned up before leaving. I will surely consider Able Electric for more work. It was a pleasure working with them and I am so glad I took advantage of the promotional sale.

A free estimate was the best price. The electrician arrived on time and completed the installation in a reasonable amount of time. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. I would use Able Electrical again!

Able Electric Services sent John to complete the job as one of their most experienced electricians. Our experience was just that. John is the utmost professional. He worked quickly and efficiently, took care to protect/cover furnishings, and architected the least invasive and aesthetically pleasing options for wiring. He treated the tasks with the same level of care that you the home owner would if you had the knowledge and expertise.

The problem was subtle and required exactly the approach and solution he applied.

They were very good. He found the problem right away and fixed it. They were courteous, efficient and personable. I called on the weekend and felt bad for calling so I hung up and he saw my number and called me back with in minutes. He was nice enough to advise me and cared about helping me.

I couldn't get an outlet to work. The guy ran a bunch of tests and climbed all over the house. It ended up bring a tripped breaker.

He had a few conversations over the phone. They were really helpful, arrived on time and did a good job. They were courteous, knowledgeable he didn't make unnecessary trips to the house, he was very cost effective.

I wasn't happy with where they put the outside connector for the generator. It's in an inconvenient place and can't be moved. I told them I wanted it towards the front of the house, and they put it towards the back of the house behind the gas connector/ plantings. When I talked to them about it, it was going to cost a lot more to run the wire out to the front.

We have now used Able twice, so I feel comfortable posting a review. The first visit was to put a complicated track lighting system in the living room. The installation went smoothly, and the installer was very pleasant and professional. On the second visit, they installed two security lights. The installation went way over the allotted time, and I wasn't charged over my original estimate. The quality was great, and the finished product functioned as it was supposed to. The pricing was very competitive as well.

They were timely. They did what they were supposed to, they left things in good condition. They did a good job.
