As a family owned organization, we are well equipped to provide the personal service desired by homeowners and business owners alike. Mr. And Mrs. [member name removed] I'm not sure why the "not so good" rating. I arrived at your home prepared to go through a landscape plan with you. At that time, we discussed numerous different ideas as you were not totally sure of what you wanted. I returned to your home 3 additional time, for no extra charge as well as prepared 2 different sketches for you. It was at that time you said your were ready to proceed when you returned from your anniversary trip to Ocean C I fy. I never heard from you again. I was confused how that could be a "not very good" service on our part.

Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for a landscape evaluation. That went ok. I never received the cost/details for the project. I also did not get the native tree information that I requested. So now I must start the process over. Considering the cost for the deal, I still overpaid.

I immediately responded to her availability with a couple of times that I was available as well. Unfortunately I received no call or email back to proceed any further. We were finally able to contact via telephone and were able to connect last week.

Description of Work: We saw the work that 4 Season Land Care did on a neighbors house and were so impressed that we asked one of the workers for their contact information. John called us the next day, and we got a very reasonable estimate to weed and clean up all of the garden areas on our property - including one that was out of control from the rain and also to provide and spread mulch throughout. They performed the work in a reasonable time frame, and the team was polite, professional and very efficient. We would absolutely use them again, and can highly recommend them.
