Would definitely use them again manager was very helpful and had a wide array if options in showroom. Installer was on time and did an excellent job. He even cleaned up after himself it was like he wasn't even there. As soon as I save up I will use them for new granite countertops a friend of mine used them and their kitchen looks amazing!! Thanks guys!!

He went behind my back and called my contractor to do the prep work for them. Now I have to pay my contractor for work they should have taken care of. The surround is still not completed. The pieces vary from the wall. I picked up a replacement piece that was cut wrong (2hr drive) and was told the tile contractor would put it in. The tile contractor originally put the tiles in, leaving spaces "since the vanity will be in that spot". The grout was not gray as contracted for. The tiles were not varied. Same pattern was side by side several times and then some were even upside down. The manager, Curran, stated he would tear out the floor; as the only option. He then sent the tile man back to fix the grout and tiles---he did not bring any of the remaining tiles that I paid for, in the contract. He brought an "epoxy" gray and "painted" the grout - hit and miss....... He stated he knew nothing about putting the bottom piece on the fireplace. He left. When the grout was dry, it was speckled gray and white in places, as if the gray had worn off....... I later tried to lay the piece where it goes. It increased in height and would not fit. Note: no one from the company ever came to measure anything. I emailed him the dimensions from the purchase of the fireplace/mantel. This job is now dragging into its 3rd month. The owners should be ashamed of the lack of good ethics and customer service not being provided. It shouldn't matter how large or small a job is. I have emailed about the piece still needed and the "epoxy", but no response.

They were excellent and I recommend them. From start to we couldn't decide exactly what we wanted so they showed us a bunch of things a couple of times and they came here, compare the materials and once we chose what we wanted, they were very quick in getting in and out, very friendly and everything about it is just beautiful. Our contractor actually referred us to them so he enjoyed working with them too. The price must had been okay because otherwise we would have not gone with him. Punctuality was not an issue.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They cut corners wherever they can, and if there are any problems that turn up after the job is done they won't take care of it. Our unfortunate experience with them was with a house under construction so I was not there when the work was actually done. They claimed to have installed our 1,000 sq ft of tile "by the book". But a year later we had a 9' crack in the tile between the kitchen and sunroom. They wouldn't stand behind it. When we got a different company to repair it and the cracked tiles were removed, we could see that Custom Tile had installed the backerboard so that the seam was in perfect alignment with the seam in the wood subfloor (which was also installed directly over a support beam.) Even I know better than to do that! In addition, no expansion joint compound was used in the seam, and it was also obvious that the tiles had not been backbuttered properly so that caused air pockets. As for issues with other work, the carpet in one of the rooms was installed with one piece running in the opposite direction of the other, so the seam shows badly and one section looks darker than the other. They claimed it was an illusion from the way the light is reflecting on it. and that it was installed properly. They refused to correct it. And now 3 years later the carpet is also starting to buckle everywhere. The hardwood floor was installed with a couple of corners of some of the pieces poking up slightly higher than the next piece. When I complained they said it was too late to do anything about it. The granite and backsplash installation has been without incident except for the fact that they used caulk instead of grout where the backsplash meets the counter (which we have since had someone else fix.)
