+ -1 moreWe were first interested in them because they are one of very few landscape companies that sell design services without a construction commitment. We purchased that service and were very pleased with the results of the design. After discussions with their office staff, we selected them for construction as well. However, the construction crew was unable to translate the design into a finished product that represented the quality and detail promised/purchased. There were numerous construction errors that I (with no construction experience) had to point out to them. There still exist construction faults, even after their attempts at repair. However I've reached the point where I don't want them back. Someday I'll have professionals re-install the patio correctly. I think they did the best they could do, but were not experienced to do it professionally.
Description of Work: I had them design and build a hardscape including a patio and decking for a new pool.
