Todd was great. He used internet to market house with success. Had one open house on a Sunday by Tuesday Offer came in. Offer was less then we wanted Todd negotiated deal and got us more then what we listed the house for. All this was done during one of Baltimore's worst Blizzards. Great job Todd.
