Cleaning scheduled for 5/31 at 11 am. No one ever showed up. No one called. I sent emails to Living Social and Specialty Services. Living social refunded my money. Specialty Services never responded to my email, or called to explain why they didn't show up. I understand that circumstances can often be beyond our control, but when everything settles down, it's best to contact the client and explain to them why they were inconvenienced, and why no one from the company was able to pick up the phone to say "Hey. We're not coming. Go out and enjoy your day".
Description of Work: This was a living social deal for 5 hours of cleaning
