I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY OR IT'S OWNER AGAIN. Owner, Sam Lockwood, originally quoted us $1000.00 to do the work, and we signed a contract for that amount. After working a total of only 5 hours over the course of two days, he failed to show up on the third day to work, and he did not return my phone calls. That evening, he told me that he had ''underbid the job'' and that he wanted $2,000 to finish the work. He refused to give me back my $350.00 deposit. We renegotiated a fee of $1,350.00, but it was for less work than on the original contract. While painting the trim, he scratched the paint on the aluminum siding in many places and left white paint drips marks on the gray aluminum siding. He did not clean up the old scraped paint off the roof as per our agreement, and the paint chips continue to blow down onto our deck and yard. I will never consider Sam Lockwood or his company for any future work.
