Description of Work: Lee has helped us 3 times. The first 2, staging homes to sell. The last to decorate our current home. Our condo had been on the market for months. Our realtor suggested Lee. She came and made a laundry list of suggestions. We re-listed the condo & it sold several weeks later(the buyers loved the changes we'd made at Lee's suggestion). We had a home in the city and Lee made many instumental suggestions. Why is she good? 1) After her exhaustive analysis(several hours in each house) she provides a written copy of suggestions tailored to your needs(we wanted to keep costs down-however she listed what should definitely be done v. what would give the place a little or lot of extra appeal & gave us approximate prices) 2) She's very open to follow-up phone calls & questions. Despite the time & day she was always polite, professional and thorough. 3) She's very polite during the home analysis but very honest. If she told us something that was sensative to us she always gave us an explanation for her suggestions and repeated her paradigm or her focus for how/why we should decorated our place. I'm very frugal but her service was extrremely valuable & worth every penny. Months after her consultation, I feel I could call her now to ask her any decorating questions. My wife adds we thought we knew paint colors but Lee educated/enlightened us to more appealing colors/color combinations. Can you question someone who whips-out a stack of swatches & let's you decide what looks good?

Description of Work: Lee Raia from Real Estate Styling did two jobs for me. She helped staged my house so I could sell it. She suggested furniture to rent, supplied linens, towels, pictures and plants and helped make the house more attractive to buyers. Then, in my new house, she spent time helping me decide on decorating patterns, fixtures, carpets, paints, etc. The cost was about $600 for the staging and $250 for the consulting.
