Everything went very well. Tim was extremely responsive, helpful and professional. His inspection was very meticulous and he helped point out items that should be done even in years to come, not just immediately, allowing me to have a working list of items to "watch" over the next few years. He took the time to explain every detail of the inspection to ensure I understood everything. He was a wealth of knowledge and it was obvious he knew exactly what he was doing and had extensive experience.

Property Fitters did a wonderful job replacing our deck and replacing shelving in our garage. The previous storage shelving in the garage had to be removed to accommodate installation of the new decking joists and was replaced with a design to fit our needs. The quality of work on both items was excellent. Tim was extremely responsive and helpful in describing exactly what work would be performed and identifying potential issues, and went out of his way to accommodate us during construction.
