I am very pleased with the work that was completed. The handyman took off the old damaged molding and replaced and painted the new molding. He arrived on time and cleaned up after completing the job. I am also pleased that he explained what he was doing as he worked. I would definitely contact him again for future jobs.

I contacted Portillo because there was a leak above my second story window due to missing mortar and missing/deteriorating sealant around my windows. The entire process was very smooth. He came out to do an estimate and then came back two days later and completed the work quickly. Great communication and quality of work. Will definitely hire again.

We had Mr. Portillo Install an air conditioner in my sons apartment. He came right over, knew exactly what to do, installed the parts and put the air conditioner in the window. I live in Los Angeles, and my son lives in Baltimore. I found Mr. Portillo on the Angi site, and not knowing anything about his skills or business, he contacted me, let me know this is something he could do, so I asked him to do the job.
