They are perfect. They try to send the same person every time so they know what needs to be done.

They are very good. We have been very happy with them. They show up on time and they cover everything we ask. We have them on a regular basis.

Maid to Order Company is excellent. The cleaners always show up on time. They usually come in a crew of two or three different people. They are very professional. They just get right to work and are usually done in an hour. They clean my whole house; 3 bedroom, 2 full and 2 half bathrooms, hardwood floors and carpet. Excellent job always.

I had to have the house cleaned because my mother was coming to visit. These guys were pretty bad. They showed up with 4 people and seemed to be mostly concerned about getting out of the house as soon as they got here. The woman in charge of the cleaning crew had to have her instructions translated from Spanish to English. They went to "work" running the sweeper and the cleaning the bathroom. But that was as far as the cleaning went. There was nothing put away or organized. The trash from the bathroom upstairs was left in a bag INSIDE the house at the back door. They couldn't be bothered to take out the trash. They didn't use pledge on the wood or move a load of clothes into the washer. There was a frying pan that was on the stove that wasn't put in the dishwasher and the cups that were not put in either. When the head cleaning lady told me it was time to check the house I thought she was kidding. I checked the bathrooms upstairs and they were cleaned, which was the main point of having the cleaners there. They clearly wanted to leave and at this point I wanted them gone. I thanked them for the work that was done and they left. I'd have expected to pay a single individual 50 dollars for the work these people did. They were really bad and I felt it was a rip-off,

They are fine. The only correspondence I have had with them has been over the phone. They are great and easy to deal with. I think their pricing is fair. They do a good job. The quality depends on the crew they send out. I can always tell what crew they send out. They have, overall, kept the house really clean in ten years. They are not perfect but they are great. I am used to them and they do a good job. They are used to my house.

My experiences with this company have been excellent. They come on time and clean up after themselves when they're done. The crew is courteous is both courteous and friendly. Another thing I like about them is that they only come if I call them. I will continue to use their services in the future.

I am basically pleased with the service but I do have a couple concerns. Sometimes I have to call when they forget to do something I requested like cleaning out the refrigerator. They have also moved things to clean and then put them back in the wrong place. Overall, they do a good job cleaning my house.

The maids are always polite and courteous, they come in, clean their hearts out, ask questions when anything is unclear, etc. My floors sparkle after they have been here. Sometimes they run a little late, but I think it's because they are trying to do the best job possible for each customer. When they get here, you get 100% of their attention and effort. They are also available sometimes for special visits, e.g. when company is coming or the holidays are here, when you need extra help cleaning.

I like this company a lot. I like the fact that it is locally-owned, and that the work day ends at 3 p.m., presumably so that the cleaners (primarily women) can be at home with their kids after school. Overall, they do a fine job. At times, an individual crew would miss small things. They would forget to clean a bathtub, or I'd find a table undusted. However, that may have been due to financial constraints. I tried to limit each visit to one hour or $90. MTO always came when they said they would, and they always hit the major areas. On the first visit, the crew broke a Bohemian crystal carafe that had been given to me by my grandmother. Accidents happen, and MTO replaced it promptly and apologetically.
