+ -1 moreOVERALL THE JOB COULD HAVE BEEN ACCOMPLISHED IN A SHORTER TIME IF MORE MEN WERE ON THE CREW AND IF THEY ARRIVED ON TIME & WORKED A FULL DAY. 30 YEAR GAF SHINGLES WERE PLACED, SIMILAR TO OTHER ROOFS IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD, SO THAT IT IS IN HARMONY.
Description of Work: OLD ROOF, 25 YEARS OLD WAS REMOVED, DEFECTIVE ROOF PLYWOOD, 5 PIECES WERE REPLACED. NEW ROOF INSTALLED WITH NEW ATTIC EXHAUST FAN OF A HIGHER CAPACITY THAN THE OLD ONE.

+ -1 moreNEW SIDING MATCHED THE COLOR OF THE GUTTER & DOWNSPOUTS. NEW ROOF VENTS WITH SCREENS WERE ALSO INSTALLED. SINCE SIDING IS VINYL, EXPANSION AND CONTRACTION NOISE IS ELIMINATED.
Description of Work: OLD ALUMINUM SIDING REMOVED. NEW VINYL SIDING INSTALLED OVER ADDITIONAL INSULATION.
