Kace Restoration really set the bar for my water damage restoration needs. My first floor flooded and obviously it stressed me out to not the extent of the damage but Kace Restoration was extremely helpful and professional explaining everything that I needed to know and how the process works with insurance. I was very satisfied with the service I received from Kace Restoration. After a tree damaged our roof and heavy rain caused water damage, I found Kace Restoration on Google and hired them for water cleanup and mold prevention. They were incredibly responsive, coming to my house the same day I called, were prepared to start immediately and took the time to explain the process before asking me to sign anything. Kace Restoration was professional, thorough, and left my house clean after removing wet drywall and insulation. They were patient with my questions and shared their expertise throughout the project. They also worked directly with my insurance company, making the entire process hassle-free. I highly recommend Kace Restoration and would definitely use them again in the future.
