1) It took nearly a week to shcedule an initial appointment,(their receptionist was yawning and very unprofessional) to repair our dishwasher which was inconvenient, but not unreasonable. The technician came out and said we needed a new part which was covered under warrantly and that H&C would order it and call us. All in all, not a good expereince, but acceptable 2) Now the fun begins !!!!!! We waited several weeks and no call. We called multiple times with no response. Many times their answering voice mail was forwarded to another number and was busy or full so we could not leave a message. 3) When we finally reached them, they had not ordered the part ...so they said they needed to order the part again. A couple of weeks later after multiple calls we found they had recevied the part and scheduled an installation for 7/3. Since we have thus learned how unprofessional the company is, we called several times in the morning to confirm when they would arrive and we were told to be at home beteewn 3-7.Needless to say they never showed up, never called. The day after July 4th, we called and left a emssage, no retrun call. We called Monday 7/8 and reached Nicole who said they had no records and needed to find the tickets to determine what happened. She said she would call back in 15 mintues. After 30 minutes I called back and she said they had no records and this time I heard anoter person shouting in the background about another customer. Nicole said she'd have to call me back in 15 minutes....You guessed it no call...and they have not answered there phone since. I4) then called Home Depot whose warranty the appliance is covered by and they reached H&C directly (Surpise!!). H&C told them they would call us back directly. We waited 5 hours and no call. We called H&C again and they did not answer. We then called Home Depot who was able to reach them directly again (Surprise again), H&C told them they would call us directly to schedule an installation. Another day has passed and they have not called. 5) I have called Home Depot to have another service proviider assist us and we now need to start the whole rigamarole over again.
Description of Work: The company is amongst the worst service providers I have ever dealt with in 50 years. Check their reviews on Google and Baltimore Sun...absolutely terrible. They also go by Heavenly Cool. Run, do not walk, from this outfit !!! I am sparing you significant problems...and I am not a complainer so this is unusual ( I own 3 businesses so am far too busy to spend my time writing up these reviews). However, this experience has been so bad that I felt compelled to take valuable time to assist others.

Only company to respond to my online query through the Angie's List *Contact this provder* service.
Description of Work: Only spoke with this company to discuss thier ability to isolate and repair a leak in my washing machine that I was having difficulty locating. I ultimately found the leak before I decided to use their service and was able to repair it myself. No other comment.

They took care of the problem and it must have worked as I've had no more calls about it. The company was very responsive.
Description of Work: I hired them to fix my washing machine. Apparently, the water wouldn't drain from it and it was in a rental properly of mine. What I really liked with this company is that I didn't have to be there to meet them. That was important to me that they would work with my Tennant instead. That was a notable convenience to me. Not all businesses will do that and I really appreciated it.
