Description of Work: Mr Grose replaced the stringers on my back porch and replaced the caulk around my tub.

+ -1 moreThe project went very smoothly, and on time. Contractor was very professional in explaining options, and recommended a supplier. Work completed in 2 days. Contractor stained porch deck, and applied first coat of polyurethane.
Description of Work: Remove and dispose of old porch flooring. Install 4" tongue and groove, yellow pine flooring for 8' X 8' porch. Install steps for porch. Owner purchased all materials with advice of contractor.

Description of Work: The work was performed as specified in the contract. Mr. Grose replaced part of the ceiling, the fascia, a column on the porch, repaired some ceiling, and a wall inside the house.
