+ -1 moreThese guys are wonderful. This was our second time using them. The first time they set up our system approximately three years afo. The same team came out yesterday. They even remembered our dogs. Talk about thorough and they dd not leave until I understood how to work the various components. They also urged me to contact my bank regarding a bogus anitvirial application I had purchased, my bank is investigating the scam. We have recommended them to neighbros, who were very happy with the service.
Description of Work: Removed bogus security antivirus and spyware from computer. Reconfigured wi-fi for whole house coverage. Set up internet television. Set up wireless printer, making it compatable with wireless tablet.

+ -1 moreThey're great! Attentive, knowledgeable and they worked diligently to help get the job done. Extremely friendly to us, but firm and assertive with customer service representatives from companies (Verizon in this case, but they have helped with others over the last year as well) that make a habit of wasting our time. Over the last year we have had multiple jobs performed under a service contract and we are much more efficient, secure and happy then when we first began. Give them a call and you will not be disappointed!
Description of Work: They began by troubleshooting many different things when I took over a company last year and evolved into a service contract because they were so helpful. They originally fixed a couple of network issues, worked with Verizon to straighten out Internet issues during a transition of ownership, and fixed some minor computer issues around the store.
