I was very grateful that he was honest about the situation I had going on with some plumbing work that needed to be done first.

Description of Work: Grant from 858 Flooring is amazing to work with. He got back to me right away after contacting him and quickly set up an in-home estimate for new carpet in my basement. Grant was able to replace the carpet that had been removed due to water damage with the exact same product. I would absolutely work with him again and am already planning to have his company do some hardwood flooring in another part of the house.

Description of Work: I bought a big deal for ceramic tile flooring. Grant came and evaluated the work. He was very professional, and agreed to adjust the scope of work to cover my 2 bathrooms and added the cost to the big deal purchase. He was able to answer all our questions and contacted me when the tile came in, to schedule dates for the work. He was punctual on the days he arrived for the work, and we were very pleased with the results. I have no complaints with their work, and would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: 858 Flooring installed a small area of ceramic tile in a newly-created entryway. I was trying to match a similar setting in an adjacent room, and Grant was very responsive to getting the same look, even after I gave him some bad information of where to get the tile. He was a very hard, conscientious worker and a pleasure to talk with, and gave me good advice on other flooring. He did a really nice job, at times convenient to me, for less money than other bids I received (counting the Big Deal). I had selected carpet for another large area, and asked him to bid on that. He did, but couldn't meet the proposal from a large chain. He honestly said that, 'if it were me, I would just go with the other offer', which I did. But I like his industry and attitude so much I want him to do a different area anyway.
