Job very professionally done. Added significant value and upgrade to my house (part of my basement project). I supplied the hardwood and purchased the bull nose and moulding. Grant stained these pieces to exactly match the pre-finished hardwood that I supplied - no easy job. The angle cuts for the moulding were also perfect. Detailed job completed in a timely fashion (two days); easy to deal with and listened to what I wanted done for the project. Will consider again when I get to the finished phases of my basement project.

Grant was great. They were on time, very professional and cleaned up everything. I would use them again, and have already made plans for Grant to do tile work at my mothers.

The owner did a nice job of repairs and replacement.

Bought an Angie's List big deal. Spoke with co-owner Grant at 858 Flooring who was very patient with helping me decide what do to in my bathroom, and very quick at answering questions via email on several occasions before I made a decision. ( I changed my mind several times) Work was scheduled very promptly and Grant came and did the work himself. He was very professional and the new tile floor in my bathroom looks wonderful. I would highly recommend him , and plan to use him again myself when ready to do some work in the kitchen.

The whole experience went really well. Grant was very professional the entire time. He worked long hours to get the job done in a short time frame. There ended up being three layers of tile on top of each other and he ripped up all three layers and re-leveled the floor before putting down the new tile. He put carpet on the stairs and even provided at no charge the padding that went underneath. Overall I would definitely use him again!

I ended up getting a second estimate that was much cheaper. He was great, he came out on my schedule. I just decided to go with someone else.

The job went very smoothly. The only hiccup was on the part of the flooring manufacturer, not 858 Flooring. In fact, 858 discovered the issue and helped me resolve it with the manufacturer. Grant was very knowledgable about all aspects of the work to be done. He answered all of my questions promptly and courteously- and I asked a lot of questions! I would use again.

It went very well. The carpet looks beautiful. They were very prompt and professional. We will use them again.

installers did an awesome job. very professional and high quality material and workmanship. highly recommend.

They are a small company so they are flexible but can be slow getting back to you.I had a laminate foor installed on second floor hallway which included 4 bedroom doors a closet door and a stairway landing. When he started the job he continued until it was finished about 6 hours. He cleaned up after himself.

After about 4 tile changes and a lot of stress, on my part, Grant and his team installed the perfect bathroom floor. While my excitement is, in part, due to the hideous nature of my bathroom, Grant's tiling skills are fabulous and I feel like I literally have a completely new bathroom. Additionally, he was able to provide me with an affordable quote to re-tile my shower walls. I would most definately use Grant for future projects.

Job was done very well and we are pleased with the results. If there is one concern, it is with the advertisement was stated. It stated 90 dollars for 200 worth of flooring or something of that nature. In fact the 90 was a credit toward total cost. I fe;lt that the wording was somewhat misleading, however when the vendor explained it was understood. I am pleased overall.

The area of laminate located at the landing of the stairs had half inch gaps between the boards from a remodel 3 years ago. We have had the contractor, distributor, and even the manufacturer out to look at it and all just blew us off. Grant studied the situation and looked at some left over boards and packaging. He knew exactly what to do. In twenty minutes the floor was fixed. FIXED. We had other flooring questions and he was able to tell us inexpensive ways to complete the tasks. He didn't have to make an appointment to come back, he just did it. Grant was knowledgeable and professional. And, my husband and I learned a lot and had a great time. What a nice guy.

Grant worked with me on scheduling and he accommodated me in every way. When he and one of his men came to do the work they were very professional and it was easy to see there were mounds of experience between them. The best part was that they made efforts to make sure the rest of the house would not be impacted in any way. And then when finished they cleaned up beyond even my expectations. Can't wait for them to come back to carpet my stairs and complete another hallway project.

I was quoted $1500, which I was fine with. But when he emailed the contract, it was $1754.19. I wasn't too happy with the price increase.

This company is great! From the beginning to the end, Grant was extremely professional and responsive. He worked with me to provide high quality flooring at a very reasonable rate, and the installation went great. No complaints. I have worked with the big companies and never will again. This local business is so much better!!

Grant and his team at 858 Flooring were very thorough and met all of our expectations beautifully. Prior to starting the job, Grant provided us with a large number of carpet samples from which to make our choices. He even explained and offered several ways to wrap the carpeting on the staircases - the New York style was perfect, and we were very pleased with the results. Grant and his team performed their installations in a timely manner, and with great attention to detail. We especially appreciated the way that the team removed all remaining materials and cleaned the areas in which they worked at the end of the job. Throughout the process, we found Grant to be very professional and interested in making sure that we were satisfied with his services. We highly recommend 858 Flooring without reservation!

They were fantastic to deal with. Always on time. Very easy to get a hold of by phone and email. Super professional!! Everything was cleaned and vacuumed when they finished. The floors look great. Grant even helped us carry 2 toilets up 3 flights of stairs! I would hire them again!!
