Joe and his team are really great at what they do. I had no idea what I was getting into as far as the amount of work needed in my basement, but they really put everything together and it came out better than I could have imagined.

No one does it better than Qualified Remodelers. These people make you part of their family from the time you meet them. Your concerns are theirs. We had a previous contractor come in to do the work. He demoed the kitchen put up some drywall. Then he left us high and dry with no kitchen, no appliances, nothing functional. We had no kitchen for 11 months. We lost our investment and still had to pay the cost of eating out daily. Three adults eating out every day for 11 months. He took the money and ran. When Qualified Remodelers met with us, and saw the devastation we endured, they made my family a priority. We remained a priority ever since. The team is outstanding. They do all they can do to respect you and your home. They offer their expertise in all areas. If you need anything â homeâ , this is the company you want to call. I needed a complete basement remodel, which also included electrical wiring. When I presented my ideas to Qualified Remodlers, the owner, Joe listened and asked questions to get an understanding of exactly what I wanted. Joe presented a better plan and a way for me to stay within my budget. This company has an excellent crew who work fast and produce outstanding work. Due to the outstanding job that they were doing with the basement, I also hired Qualified Remodlers to paint the siding and all other exterior trim of my house. I am pleased with this work also. The basement remodel is beyond my greatest expectations, and I look forward to hiring Qualified Remodelers for future projects.

Joe and his guys turned my basement into a master suite complete with 2 walk in closets, spa like bathroom, office and workout space. They also refaced existing kitchen cabinets and then installed matching cabinets to extend our kitchen and added a fabulous island with the cutest coffee bar. Joe has the best ideas and helped to create a space I adore. His workers are professional and very friendly /considerate. Carlos is probably the happiest person and hardest worker that Iâ ve ever met. We adored him.

We had a large job. Qualified spotted some issues with our house that they were able to fix. They handled everything quickly and effectively. Their staff is top notch. Highly recommend

This was the 2nd home improvement job they performed for us! We previously had a total kitchen remodel and Qualified Remodeling did an outstanding job! Since we were so satisfied with the Kitchen Remodel, we decided that we wanted them to do our Master Bathroom. We received other estimates that were higher than Qualified Remodeling although we knew we wanted Qualified Remodeling to do the job! The price they quoted us was less than the other estimates we received from 2 other contractors and we knew the quality of work because of our prior experience! Although our kitchen remodel had been completed over 2 years prior, we had the same crew that was going to do our bathroom. We were amazed that after 2 years, Qualified Remodeling had the same employees that were going to be doing the work! Joe @ Qualified Remodeling must be taking care of his employees to have the same people working for him. Carlos was in charge of our crew and since we couldnâ t be home all the time, we were very comfortable with them Alone in our home! Everyone seemed to work from the time they arrived till the time they left each day. The job was started and completed as scheduled. Carlos made sure everything was completed and my wife & I couldnâ t find anything that wasnâ t done to our satisfaction! Many thanks to Carlos and his Crew for doing an Outstanding Job, and our thanks to Joe for taking care of his workers! In todays market, we know how hard it is to find and retain great employees! We hired Qualified Remodelers for a full kitchen remodel, deck repair and painting and laundry room refresh. Very good quality of work, attention to detail, workers and workspace was quiet and kept clean/tidy, very minimal inconvenience. Fast fast fast!! Workers and staff were very courteous and helpful by answering questions and keeping us apprised of the progress. We expect to hire QR agin for additional renovations. We recommend them for your remodel project!

Joe and his crew were an absolute pleasure to work with for our basement remodel. Weâ ve worked with various general contractors in the past, but weâ re never completely satisfied with the work. Joe took our unfinished basement and made it into a beautiful industrial style hangout. They kept to the design we had in mind and added some awesome extra touches. They also made sure that it was quality work that would last. No corners were cut. Even after the final walkthrough, Joe made sure no stone was unturned. His crew was kind, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. They kept us up to date throughout the day. I would highly recommend them and we will definitely be using them in the future.

**Update - nothing in this review is slanderous. It's a shame I cannot post pictures of this company's work as proof. The owner definitely would not stand by this work in his own home. He knew it was an older home when he did the estimate so he cannot use that as an excuse. Everything in this review is the absolute TRUTH and I stand behind what I have written** Do not believe every 5-star review. Do not believe all the pictures he shows. They only show what HE wants you to see. The BIGGEST and most important issue is NO PERMITS for electric and plumbing. The cabinet doors and drawers do not line up. They used drywall screws to secure my BRAND NEW dishwasher to the wood. They voided the normal warranty AND the extended warranty that we purchased along with it. They came back to correct this by removing the drywall screws leaving the open holes and then screwing the support brackets to the top of the new quartz countertop. His response was à ¢ contractors don't normally install appliances. THEN WHY DID HE??? We didn't ask him to install them. They just did it. If he would have told us that they didn't install appliances, we would have gladly found a QUALIFIED person come and install them. In the overpriced island, there is no shelf in one of the cabinets. There's a gigantic screw sticking out of one of the cabinets where they attached them. The trim around the bottom has gaps. There are 13 new recessed lights throughout the house. And there were only 2 that were flush against the ceiling. All they did was use caulk to fill in the gaps. Some had like a à  à ¼ to à  à ½ inch gap and they filled it with caulk!! It looked hideous! It took my husband losing his cool for him to fix them. This contractor thought there was nothing wrong with them. So they came back and half-assed fixed 5 of them. Some are still not flush and I guess they never will be. Also, the recessed lights and the vanity lights start flickering if you leave them on for 10-15 minutes. There's also sloppy carpentry work and no clean up skills at all. You can see the joint in the crown molding along with the two nail pops below the joint. So clear to the naked eye. Half of the outlets that were done are crooked or sticking out from the wall or pushed in too far. The baseboard trim is hideous. I even told this contractor that I didn't like the way it looked. he said there's nothing they could do about it. There's paint ALL OVER the new flooring. Whether it be paint splatters or where the workers just painted and didn't use anything to keep brush from hitting the floor. Plus they left glue on the new floor. We kept telling him and nothing ever happened. There's SEWER GASES leaking out into the house. They either left an open pipe somewhere or they did not vent the new shower and/or the new vanity sinks. The contractor did have one of his guys try to fix it after we subjected him to the smell. But two days after we were back in the house, the smell is back. The new shower leaks and water flows out from under the door rails, onto the floor, under the new trim and into the hallway. They didn't seal the rails on neither the bottom of the door nor the sides!!!!! So we can't even use the new shower until that is fixed. The light above the shower is falling out of the ceiling. And it's not even the correct type of light fixture to use in a shower. There's so much more than this and there's not enough room to put it all in this review. All in all, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! Strongly NOT recommended. Not sure how this company gets 5-star ratings when this is the type of work they do.

These guys are the real deal! They were absolutely amazing to work with and I'm thrilled with the results. I don't have enough good things to say about them. Joe and his team are really the best out there. They were always on time, on budget, and really flexible to work with. If you have a project, these are the guys to use! 100% recommend them and will use them again!

WOW, WOW, WOW! That pretty much sums up my experience with Joe and his team at Qualified Remodelers. Not only were they professional, knowledgeable and timely they were also personable, patient and detailed oriented. I have wanted to have my kitchen remodeled for over 15 years. However, after several bad experiences with some contractors I didn't trust anyone to come into my home and undertake such a large job (wall removal, HVAC reroute, new everything). After meeting with Joe he was able to quickly identify my pain points and offered ideas that would work for my family. He had me when he said "We can build you a pantry". Joe and his team were great. They were on-site 6 days a week, they were respectful, and a pleasure to work with. The completed project exceeding my expectations. But wait, did I mention Carlos!!! Carlos is the man!! He knows what he is doing. Because of my past experiences with contractors I asked a lot of questions, Carlos never had a problem with answering any of my questions and making sure there were "no problems". I truly wish I could post pictures because this written review really doesn't give the job they did for me and my family justice. Now....I will warn you...Joe has a big personality, a lot of energy and phone with thousands of pictures to show and prove the quality of work his team provides. So, get ready for a great experience. Thanks to Joe and team for a seamless kitchen and first floor remodel. Joe was easy to communicate with, gave me options to help make faster decisions (think paint colors, hardware, etc) and was easy to communicate with along the way. The kitchen is gorgeous and we are so happy with how it turned out as well as the process we went through to get there. I Highly recommend Joe and team for any remodel needs!

Joe & his team was very responsive, available and terrific to work with! The team was on time and cleaned up every day before they left, super dedicated workers all around. Our bathroom looks great!

We enjoyed the whole experience with Joe and team! First off, Joe showed up on time to review our project and later to present the quote. Joe did a great job guiding us through the design decisions with examples of fixtures and cabinets from previous jobs. He also helped us chase down cost effective tiles and mirrors, etc that look great! During the process, Joe frequently checked in to make sure we were happy with the progress. Last, it was a pleasure working with Carlos and team. They did a great job managing dust and noise in our house while demolition and construction was underway. We really appreciated the quality of the work and attention to detail and it shows in the final result.

Qualified Remodeling is the home renovation company that I would highly recommend. Joe, the owner, worked with me to design just the right flooring for my home. Our goal was to use quality materials, with a combination of elegance and simplicity. We wanted it to be barefoot friendly, water resistant and easy to clean. This goal was met with quality materials, fine design and workmanship. The committed workers did an outstanding job . These 3 rooms are now my favorite places in my home.

Working with Qualified Remodelers was excellent. Joe’s team finished our walk up attic and we are extremely happy with the finished product. Even before we hired Qualified Remodelers, Joe was able to really understand our vision and and also suggest some great features we had not considered. Joe’s team started on time and finished our project early by more than a week. Joe was frequently on site to ensure his team was on schedule; when Joe was not on site his head carpenter, Carlos, and team were extremely respectful of our home, organizing their work area and cleaning up our stairs and hallway daily.

We love our powder room remodel, brand new basement bathroom, and 1st floor crown molding! The entire team: Anderson and his partner, Carlos, Alex, and all the guys/gals that came in for quick touch ups were amazing. Everyone was so professional and Carlos was amazing with our 120lb fur baby. The team takes pride in their work and it shows with the finished product. We have received numerous compliments on all the work completed. Joe B. was great and his hands on leadership is reflected in the work completed by his crew. We would certainly recommend and look forward to working with Qualified Remodelers, Inc. again for future projects!

What a great experience with Joe and his team. Very courteous, willing to listen, and flexible. Their work is top notch and we have brand new home. I recommend them for your next remodel, they are a wonderful team. As my daughter says the bathroom is epic and the kitchen is awesome.

The crew was very professional. They took the time to protect the floors, furniture and other parts of my home. They cleaned up before they left each night. Joe and the entire team at QR far exceeded our expectations, from the first meeting through all work and project completion. We have worked with other contractors in the past, and solicited several quotes for a complete kitchen remodel. Several things really set QR above the rest: 1. Personal attention. From the moment we met Joe we really felt like he was excited to see through our vision of the remodel. He was flexible to ongoing changes and always made us feel well accommodated. 2. Quality of the materials and work. We chose all of our materials with Joe within the confines of our budget. He truly maximized our options and left us with a much higher quality kitchen than we would have expected within the budget. Joe and his team are very talented at what they do and it shows. This is a truly professional job. 3. Communication and follow through. Contractors are not necessarily known for being on time or ahead of time, nor do they generally have a reputation for constant accessibility to the client. In that sense, Joe and his team really stand out from the pack. We maintained close contact throughout the project, and we were so impressed to have things move quicker than expected. If you are in the fence about who to choose for your next remodel, we strongly suggest QR. The value of their work really shows.
