Manna Bros did an outstanding job on our basement remolding project. This included new ceiling, drywall, moving a wall, painting, and new carpet. Also included work on the bathroom.

Gray and his team were easy to work with and pleasure overall doing business. Gray was very flexible and helpful, particularly during a few issues that arose with the supplier companies. Gray helped us navigate through those issues and kept the project moving while maintaining quality.

Gray was great to work with. He was on time and always kept me updated on the project. Most importantly stay true to schedule and completed the project by the requested due date. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He takes pride in what he does and it shows in the quality of his work.

Where do I start? We relocated to Ellicott City, Maryland from Charlotte, NC two years ago. We bought a 1980s home that disparately needed remodeling. Manna Brothers were able to give my family a reason to love our kitchen and home. They exceeded our expectations for the entire first floor. The desIgn, from floors to lighting, and everything in between, is gorgeous and timeless. We gave Gray Manna, the general contractor, an ugly duckling and he delivered the most beautiful kitchen I have ever had and then some. Now, we have this awesome kitchen and home. I am no longer ashamed to invite guest over thanks to the Manna Brothers. We look forward Gray redesigning our deck and bathrooms in the future. They were absolute professionals from the first time we met them. They were always on time and clearly communicated their schedule with us. We recently discovered that we had a significant rain water leak around an exterior door in our laundry room causing the linoleum floor to peel up and the subfloor to rot. As soon as we discovered this problem we knew who to call- Manna Bros. They have previously finished our basement and remodeled our kitchen and have done a fantastic job with both projects. Once again the work was impeccable. They came out the same day that I called them to evaluate the problem, started work quickly, completed the job in about a week, and the results are beautiful. Will never use anyone else for home renovation projects.

Manna Bros were very trustworthy, clean and respectful. Their work finishing my basement was perfect, clean lines, great finish, solid construction. They were very reasonable in their prices, as the quality of work could have fetched much higher prices. I will definitely use them in the future for our next home improvement need. I have an older house, and things are not always level. They did a fantastic job at making things appear level and square. They were patient, and took the time needed to do it right the first time. They have also been very responsive with follow up questions. With the amount of work that they did, I only had 2 follow up questions, and they were right on it with a response! Great customer service.

This is the third time we have used Manna Bros for a home renovation project. They have previously finished our basement and remodeled our kitchen. Compared to our previous projects this was a much smaller scale but Manna Bros. still performed extremely high quality work in a very efficient time frame. We recently discovered that rain water was leaking around the exterior door from our laundry room running under the linoleum floor and causing the subfloor to rot. Based on our previous experiences with Manna Bros there was no question who we would call when we discovered this problem. They very quickly came out to assess the damage, started the work within a couple days and were done the work in less than a week. The finished product looks great! Very pleased with the work!!

This is the second time that we used Manna Bros. They previously finished our unfinished basement and we were so pleased with the work we decided to use them again. Once again we were extremely happy and are in love with our new kitchen. We ordered our cabinets & countertops from Granite Outlet in Timonium who Manna bros. works with frequently so ordering and installation went without difficulty. We also had an existing wall removed in order to open up our kitchen into our family room. This required patching in new hardwood floors into our existing hardwood and then refinishing all of the floors. This was not an easy task because our existing floors were about 20 years old and not easy to match but in the end they turned out amazing. You absolutely cannot tell where the new pieces were added. As with our first experience the project was started quickly after we signed the contract and it was completed very efficiently. Gray (owner of the company) is always at the job site or easily reached by phone. They have always been very flexible and have worked with us when we want to make changes to our original plans. We are 100% satisfied with Manna Bros. work!!

On Sunday, May 22, the pvc pipe under my upstairs toilet broke, and water soaked through kitchen and basement ceilings. Having used Manna's services in the past, I immediately called the owner, Gray, and left an SOS message. Even though it was a Sunday and the business was closed, he called me back shortly and arranged to come out Monday morning. As promised, at 10 a.m., he and his assistant arrived, determined that the drywall had to come down before mold grew, and cut out the soaked ceilings. The next day, Tuesday, they returned and replaced the ceilings!! The painting would have been completed by the end of the week, but I had scheduling conflicts. Suffice it to say, one week later, the painting was completed and my ceilings were completely fixed and looked better than ever. I can't say enough about the wonderful job and treatment that Gray and Manna Brothers performed. They treated me like I was their most important customer. This is how business should be done. I would be submitting this company for a Page of Happiness if I could find it. Thank you, Gray, for making the best out of a bad situation.

Gray and his team were very responsive and professional. We needed to remodel our basement within 6 weeks in preparation for family moving into the basement. Gray responded to my call very quickly and was able to set up an appointment for a quote within just a few days. He spent quite a bit of time walking through the basement with us to talk about what we wanted to do, and most importantly he talked with us about options when we weren't quite sure what we wanted. We told him about our timeline, and he was able to get us a detailed quote by the next day. Unfortunately, the initial quote was higher than we expected, but he helped us to understand the cost between the different pieces of work we wanted done, and worked with us to modify the project to fit within our budget. He was responsive throughout, even as we added on work in the middle of the project, and he always checked in to make sure he understood exactly what we wanted. The team finished in approximately 4 weeks, a little over a week ahead of schedule, even though we had added on a remodel of a half bath on our main floor. It all looks amazing, and we are very happy with the whole process. One particular item of note: the bedroom had a 2x8 closet that enclosed the electrical panel and water line, but had a lot of wasted space since we couldn't actually use the closet. It was visually unappealing, and took up critical space in the bedroom. We asked Gray if he had any ideas on how to address it, and he said he had a few ideas. I was nervous about how it would turn out, but he was able to bring it in about a foot and a half, and install one 18" door in front of the water line, and an angled door around the electric panel and sump pump. It looked great and gave us much needed space in the bedroom without needing us to take up even more square footage in the main basement area. It might sound minor, but it made a huge difference. Our only complaints is the amount of cleaning we had to do afterward given the dust created from the drywall cutting and tile removal, and the fact that when the dumpster was removed, the truck drove over the edge of our grass and created large trenches. To be fair, I have not reached out to Gray yet to go over that last item, so he has not had a chance to address. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely have Manna Bros do more work for in the future.

These gentlemen where professionals, prompt (every single day), cleanup the waste very well. I would highly recommend these folks.

Having purchased a new home in 2011, I had a litany of projects I wished to complete in order to personalize the house. Throughout the past few years Gray and the team at Manna Bros. have provided me with outstanding services on many of these large and small projects. From repainting the interior of my home to refinishing hardwood floors to updating lighting and bath fixtures, Gray and his crew have been a constant at my home. The most recent projects on my ?to do? list included renovating my powder room and installing a built-in in the basement. My basement had an oddly shaped, half-octagonal niche. Due to its location and shape, it really was wasted space? too small to accommodate furniture, yet too big to remain empty. Together we determined the space would be ideal for a custom built-in to house my many collectibles. Gray and Danny designed a beautiful, functional work of art. The four large base cabinets with raised panel doors and interior shelves are topped with a beautiful granite countertop. Above are spacious wall cabinets containing glass shelves and sliding glass doors. Accented by crown and rope moldings, the built-in was stained a rich walnut color and is highlighted by in-cabinet and under-cabinet lighting. The craftsmanship on the woodwork is exceptional. I couldn?t be more pleased with the result. Gray and Danny transformed an odd shaped, unused space into a beautiful, functional showpiece. Likewise, Gray and his crew delivered when renovating the powder room. Glass mosaic tile was set from floor to ceiling on the entire vanity wall. The tiles are evenly spaced and flush and make for a dramatic entrance into the bathroom. The paint job in the bathroom was superb. No flashing, no drips and nice, clean cut lines. The old pedestal sink was replaced with a beautiful wood vanity with a granite top and vessel sink. Manna Bros. has been my ?go to? contractor for many years. Gray is a ?straight shooter? and will give you an honest, direct opinion on your project. He has been receptive to my many, many questions and always takes the time to detail the progress of the project. Every member of the Manna Bros. team has been nothing less than professional and polite. They take immense pride in their work and it definitely shows. I highly recommend Manna Bros. for any homeowner seeking an experienced, honest and quality focused contractor.

They were initially responsive. They were going to call back to setup a time. They never did. I called them again and I did not hear from them. It was frustrating.

After contacting many companies for estimates to finish our basement, Manna Bros came through with the best estimate for our budget and was able to begin work quickly. Gray was always responsive and straight forward with our questions and ideas. The total project took about 4 weeks, completing earlier than the estimated finish date. Gray and Danny, along with the other subcontractors were prompt each day, and always left the area pretty clean by end of day, considering that it was a construction site. The finished area is around 1,000 sqft. We had a half bath and 2 built in shelves installed, as well as a bar, which we love. Overall, we are very impressed with everything. I thought starting a major project like this would be a huge headache, but it really wasn't. Thank you so much to Manna Bros, we definitely recommend this company!

Manna Brothers Home Improvement does phenomenal work! They just finished remodeling several of our bathrooms, and I couldn't be more pleased. Their quality of work is unparalleled, and they collaborate very well with the client. It was clear from the beginning of the project that they take pride in their work. Floors had to be level, cabinets aligned, and the tile precisely set. There is no doubt that any future remodeling at my house well be done by Manna Brothers Home Improvement.

Having used Manna Bros. for my personal residence, I knew exactly who to call when it came time to renovate the first floor bathrooms of my office building. Gray and his team executed the project with ease and with minimal disruption. Throughout the entire project Gray kept me apprised of the schedule and daily tasks. He and his team arrived when stated and were always professional and courteous. They efficiently demoed the bathrooms down to the framework. Within days the rough-in plumbing was complete and the tile work was well under way. Gray?s tile setter was meticulous and his effort is clearly seen in the beautiful tile work, which included a custom decorative border consisting of various sizes of the ceramic tile. Once the tile work was completed, the job quickly progressed with painting and the installation of the fixtures, vanities, lights, partitions and accessories. What were once outdated, uninviting bathrooms reminiscent of public facilities are now modern, attractive spaces. Gray and his team produced, yet again, another fantastic result.

This was the best experience I've ever had with a contractor. Manna Bros demolished my builder-grade master bathroom down to the studs, and created a dazzling, beautiful, light filled new bathroom in it's place. I wouldn't be surprised if I was the most opinionated, detail-oriented client Gray and Danny have ever worked with. But they greeted every new idea and change of plans with a smile, and an eagerness to get started. They made the process actually fun - just the way it should be! I started the project with a floor plan, and a million Pinterest/Houzz images. Gray's estimate included labor and construction materials only, which allowed me to order all the "finishes" myself. This worked well for me, since I had so many specifics in mind. They included a heated marble hex floor tile (installed beautifully by Mike), white subway shower walls and wainscoting, navy claw foot tub, satin brass plumbing fixtures, conversion of an antique sideboard into a double sink with marble top and wall mounted faucets, assorted light fixtures, and the piece de resistance, a stained oak, floor to ceiling molding surround for a new window, stunningly executed by Danny. It draws your eye when you enter the bathroom. All of this ended up even better than I imagined it. Every step of the way, Gray and Danny were happy to discuss alternatives to the plan, and make changes if needed. They worked on my job, and only my job, until it was completed. I never once saw either one of them in a bad mood. They seem to truly love their jobs. Which made renovating my bathroom a joy. I will definitely use them again. They're doing my family room next :)

The experience was excellent. They guy was very knowledgeable and very great. He got back to me. Over all, it was just very great. He was professional and courteous. His price was very fair.

First off, Mike G. came out to provide the estimate. He was accurate and thorough and explained to me exactly how he would go about the entire layout and installation. I am not a novice on home construction or setting tile so it was important to me to have a contractor that would do the job with the same level of care and detail I would have done if doing it myself. Mike and his crew did exactly that...and did it in a fraction of the time it would have taken me. Lack of time was the reason I did not take on the job myself and I was not disappointed with my decision. In addition to feeling like they were the best selection for the job, they provided me with the best quote as well. Scheduling was easy and they showed up on time and got straight to work. Mike answered all of my questions and addressed any thoughts I had immediately. He chose a perfect layout in a space that was very difficult to work within and the crew did an excellent job at making all of the difficult cuts. The tiles are level on a floor surface that was not and the grout joints are perfectly in line and spaced accurately throughout. They paid attention to the little details and I am not a homeowner that hires contractors or is easy to please. I was looking thoroughly for fault and errors and did not find any. The floor throughout each room ties in perfectly and looks amazing. They did whatever they had to do to stay on schedule while not being any inconvenience to us at all. They took care of every detail we discussed when getting the estimate, did it for a great price and completed everything on schedule. If you are looking for a quality tile installation at a fair and reasonable price, look no further. This crew will not disappoint you. I appreciate everything Gray Manna and his crew led by Mike Greenwalt did for me and my home.
