Based solely on my experience with Greenwalt, I'd say they are a quality outfit. They showed up on time, understood clearly what I wanted, responded with a very reasonable quote within the timeframe they indicated, estimated they could get to the job approximately two months out and met that estimate, showed up with a full crew and proper equipment and handled the job clean and professionally, leaving a bill in my mailbox at the end. What more could you ask for? Plus Jerry, manning the office, and Gene, making the site visit, gave me a real good feeling. Now, add in my experience with Greenwalt's competitors, and I'm ECSTATIC with Greenwalt's service. Turns out it is REALLY HARD to even find a resurfacing vendor, reputable or not, who will even take on a residential driveway resurfacing job, let alone in Mt Washington with it's funky driveways. They won't even lie about coming and not show up; they just say No from the outset. So I'm THRILLED with and THANKFUL for Greenwalt.

I submitted the contract to them on October 11, 2005. They said they could not do the job because the weather was too cold but would do the work in the Spring, if I could wait. They called me in April 2006 & came out within a few days to do the work. They had a 5-man crew which worked well together & heavy equipment in good condition, & finished the job in about 2-1/2 hours or so. They said the price I paid was last year's price that I had contracted for & prices had gone up, but they did the work for the price we had agreed on last year.
