Description of Work: I had a problem with German Roaches. They came out and took care of our problem. They keep it running like clockwork with their traps and glue guns. He was so helpful - and I actually learned some things from him!

Description of Work: INSTALLER KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING, OUT OF 4 ESTIMATES, THIS COMPANY'S REP WAS ABLE TO ANSWER ALL MY QUESTIONS WITHOUT CALLING ME BACK, HE EVEN CAME BACK INTO MY HOME TO MAKE SURE ALL MY CONCERNS WERE ANSWERED.

+ -1 moreI've been using them for 35 years, they've been bought out, bought out, and they change names. They come out once a year. I have an annual contract with them. They send me another notice, come out, and inspect my home, again. I haven't had any problems with them, and I don't have any termites. They go in the side and all over my basement where the wood's at. By, me being retired, they wait till I pay them, they hold up, and do it. They're on time, and come when they say they are coming. I only pay $70+ a year, with another company it would be over $100.
Description of Work: They come once a year and check for termites.
