+ -1 moreHorrible! Unprofessional on the phone and in person. I couldn't and still can't believe that my home warranty company allows such bootleg companies to service their clients. Very poor service or a lack thereof, if you get my drift. Needless to say, nothing was done, there was no follow-up, and my AC is still not working after paying $100.

Replaced loose duct tape with aluminum tape. |Provided information about warranty coverage that as second owner did not know. |Was flexible with schedule since had to work around elderly person's doctor appointment.
