ALAN DALTON

While we have not yet been able to purchase a home, the ADMC Realty group is now working directly with the foreclosure group at the bank. Alan has been great at showing us the homes dozen+ homes we have identified (we are like a laser beam on the homes we are interested in and put in the hours researching and finding the ones we'd like to see-it would be unfair to expect that Alan could spend that much time finding us candidate homes). He has been great at coaching us on the offer to put down. He has been great at the follow up once the offer is put in. He and his team have been GREAT at protecting our interests on a pre-foreclosure home whose sellers lacked integrity (or were just plain uneducated) and his team did double-duty to ensure that the transaction would be legal and timely. In that transaction, we were going to have to pay his fee and we were glad to do so. When the transaction didn't happen (seller's fault) his team is now working with the foreclosure dept at the bank to get us into the house. Alan and his team are very professional, trustworthy, reliable, competent, knowledgeable, etc. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone interested in a good realtor.
