Minor Adjustments, LLC

I made my inquiry for a sinking driveway and walkway and Minor Adjustments was the first recommended business in the search engine. Before I could read his reviews he was calling me on the phone. He came out the same day and did an estimate and started work the next day. He finished on time and on budget. Several of my neighbors have seen his work and have asked me for his contact info. I highly recommend Minor Adjustments.

Matt, the individual that contacted me, reached out to me via phone, very soon after I made the request through the Home Advisor website, got the specifics of the job and let me know that he was actually able to complete the work THAT DAY! The work was excellent, the communication was the best of any landscaping professional I've ever worked with, and the price was super reasonable. I plan on calling Minor Adjustments, LLC again, and Matt, thank so much for making this a great experience! We'll be calling you again!

First of all, He did not follow my instructions on how i wanted my concrete laid. We have 2 barn doors that we cannot have it hitting the concrete ground. He did NOT listen. He put the concrete down and we couldn't open the doors. He then had someone come out to shave the door down but now there is a gap..and now there is ability for water to enter. Secondly, I asked him if he was putting metal reinforcement in when he put the concrete down. He said no, all new concrete comes with fiber in it and that acts as a reinforcement. I called Chaney's concrete for a second option and they said only if you pay an additional fee that's when you would have the fiber concrete installed and its usually upon request. I wanted metal reinforcement no fiber concrete and now I'm not sure if I was charged for the Fiber because its additional. The only other thing is I used Home Advisor before with another company , for siding. He charged half to go get materials and then the rest of the payment when job was completed. This Minor Adjustments contractor made me pay the money up front before doing the job and I don't like that practice. The only LAST thing, I wanted to say was that after the job was about done he was to put down some top soil down. He was supposed to get sod and that was 3 weeks ago. He never finished the job or came back. I am Very Pleased with Home Advisor and the services they have but I would not recommend this contractor to anyone.

This company was very friendly and easy to work with. Their bid was very competitive and I loved the pictures of their previous jobs. I also like how my walkway and porch turned out. They made sure they got the best collar brick to match my existing brick. I felt like the are very particular and what to make sure they do a superior job. They were very prompt to start and finished on time and cleaned up afterwards.

Matt responded to our query immediately and made arrangements to come by for an estimate that afternoon. He was so positive and confident, and his bid so reasonable, I almost felt it was too good to be true. Matt and his crew are true pros - they will do the job and do it the right way. We couldn't be more pleased with the end result.

Mr. Minor was very professional and personable. His crew was the same. He is very detailed oriented and a perfectionist. I previously met with Mr. Minor and he gave me some recommendations on how I can utilize my back yard. He came up with a great plan. I have been trying to figure out how I wanted my backyard to look. I was so amazed of how my patio turned out when I arrived home from work. It so beautiful. I was very impressed on how he and his crew got the pavers underneath my steps to the backyard. They made me a storage place under the steps for my gardening tools, etc. I was very pleased with that. It came out better than I imagined. They also completed the job in a timely fashion. I have hired Minor Adjustment again to help with building the foundation of my back yard so that I can have better looking grass and for the water to stop coming in my yard from heavy rain storms. They have already started the project. I cannot wait to see how it turns out. I am sure I will be impressed as I am with my patio. I highly recommend him to family and friends.

I hired Matt and his crew to remove and trim several large trees at two of my properties. They also removed debris left behind by renters at a property. I would recommend them to my friends.

Wasn't the best of days to come to clean gutters (rainy) but Minor Adjustments provided excellent customer service along with professional gutter cleaning. My yard was left very neat, free of debris.

I have known Mr. Minor for at least 10 years. He is a qualified and conscientious provider of quality work. He has completed several yard and home repairs over the years. He is competent and does a great job.

Minor Adjustments staff was very detail oriented. No debris was left behind. It was well manicured and I was pleased when I got home and the yard looked so beautiful.

Minor Adjustments are excellent. They responded quickly to my request. I talked to Matt on Saturday and he had his crew cutting trees the next day. They gave me and excellent price for having 6 trees removed from my property in DC. I would recommend them to anybody. Their prices and customer service cant be beat!

Minor Adjustments did a wonderful job removing a tree that had fell on my home. They beat the other quotes I received by a substantial amount. Usually, vendors try to take advantage of people in a traumatic situation. The manager came and inspected my property an I immediately felt at ease with his knowledge of the process and level service I required for this job. I would recommend this company to all my family and friends.

Matt Minor did an outstanding job building a new patio and also putting up a fence for my house. He also did some great landscaping work on my trees.
