GREENER VISIONS LANDSCAPING

We use Greener Visions for our lawn maintenance care and weed & turf control, and we have had nothing but great experiences from the entire team. They have been extremely prompt in their arrivals, scheduling, and billing. Any time I had a question it was answered politely and they would come out and check in person to address it. My lawn was in horrible shape when we bought it at the end of last winter and I am amazed at the progress of a single season under their care. Life long customers!

When the tree came down it actually damaged one of my smaller trees. It did not kill it, but it took out part of the side of it.

The landscaping did not come back. Unfortunately they tore up my underground, invisible dog fence. They did come back and help repair it though. Of course, I had to help them. There were some plants that died. They were supposed to come back and replace them and never did. It is hard to reach them by email or phone. I had to deal with several different people. I would use them again for tree removal. I am not sure about the landscaping.

Did not use their services. Just wanted a price quote on a project and was still in the planning phase. The tech that showed up was very professional and was very knowledgeable about stone work.

I had basic yard work I needed done immediately (mowing, aeration, etc.) with a lot more longer term landscaping. I called and was told that someone would come by and give an estimate on Thursday or Friday. They were no show, no call, so I ended up going with someone else. Matt showed up out of the blue the next Tuesday and talked to my wife, acknowledging that he was supposed to be there the previous week. Not knowing what I had set up, she showed him the grounds, and he gave her a verbal quote and his card. I was still interested in hiring them, so I called him on Thursday and left a voice mail. He texted me that evening that he was busy but would give me a call the next day. Surprisingly, I never heard back from him. For some reason, I figured I'd give them yet another chance, and called again two weeks later. I spoke with someone who said that he would call me back that day or possibly the next. Needless to say, it's been three weeks and I've heard nothing. I really don't understand why they kept stringing me along. If Greener Visions doesn't want my business, or they're too busy or disorganized to do it, then just say so. I'd recommend not wasting your time here and just calling someone else.

Initially, they were very responsive. However, Sandy didn't get back to me when she said she would...they said she was sick, but didn't leave a note to anyone else. Eventually Matt got back to me and provided excellent service for our yard. Would definitely call them back in the future.

We have a rental property that needed a lot of work due to previous tenants lack of care. Greener Visions talked me through the plan and completed the work in one day. The crew showed up to work and got right to it. They had it all done by early afternoon. Very professional and friendly. I'll definitely use them again.

It went very well. Even though there were challenges with the rainy weather that we kept having, I am extremely please with the work. Jose is an awesome stone mason. Tom is a great supervisor - came and checked on the project several times during the week and even during the day. The plants in the front are great and can't wait for them to be in full bloom. Looking forward to planting various perennials in the back.

The owner has sold the business and I had some problems communicating to get them to come out and do the work. Now that the owner has officially changed, they are easier to get ahold of. The work looks good. It looks better than it did before the business changed hands.

They were very good and did quality work. They were prompt and their prices are fair. I would use them again in the future.

I am satisfied with the services provided. I would use them again.
