+ -1 moreThis company is very unprofessional. I've contacted them several times for a quote and the owner Ed Ricci finally arrived at my home for an estimate. Once he had given me the estimate, I scheduled an appointment for my trees to be cut in my yard. I expressed to Mr. Ricci that the trees were a safety concern due to the proximity to my home and that one of the tree limbs was hanging over my home. I contacted Mr. Ricci numerous times regarding the appointment for tree service and he never showed up to perform the service and always made excuses regarding how busy his schedule was. The work was never performed at my home and he never contacted me again regarding coming to my home. Beware!!!! Bad customer service!
