Not Well. The roof ice shield, and felt to drip edge were not done to code. Shingle overhang of 2 inches was excessive. Old gutter guards were not removed from under shingles during work, as in work order. Incorrect drip edge style was used, and work on gable drip edge on order was not performed. The above items were later corrected after difficult negotiation. Two coats were applied without allowing to properly dry, and some woodwork areas did not receive two coats per plan. Also, poor workmanship cutting into baseboard where old paint shows. The owner "Bill" promised a lot up front, and told me that I did not have to worry about replacement of gutter guards that were old brittle plastic and impossible to replace in tact. The gutter guards were replaced, incorrectly. I asked for them to be removed and the joyful closer talked me into to keeping them, and then asked me for the balance due with a mutual understanding that the job was paid in full. A week later I received a $248 bill for the gutter guards.

They are very response to come back with any needs that you have. We have used them for many years, for many different projects.

They rebuilt everything around the doors. They did a fantastic job and they were completed within 2-3 days.

It went very well. The workers were punctual, polite and left the garage clean. Workmanship was excellent.

I originally contacted this provider to come out and give estimates for the remodel of a bathroom and dryer vent ventilation/ductwork. I was also referred to this provder by Angies List in regards to prior remoding work performed by another company and concerns I had with their work. CRM came out promptly. The dryer vent work was performed and completed, no problems, work done well and professional. Most likely this provider will be used again for remodel of bathroom.

Crm Construction is an excellent company. They gave very detailed estimates and very responsive to adjustment and changes as the project unfolded. The project itself was complicated and exponential and they've gone about it in a way that I would expect. They did a lot of issues that came about and they applied the right people to the job. I've been pleased with them.

A FRIEND GAVE US THE NAME OF CRM CONSTRUCTION, SO WE LOOKED THEM UP ON ANGIE'S LIST AND DECIDED TO CALL THEM FOR A FREE ESTIMATE. ON MAY 14,2013 BILL HOWSARE WHO IS THE OWNER OF CRM CONSTRUCTION CAME TO GIVE US A FREE ESTIMATE. WERE GETTING OUR HOME READY TO PLACE IT ON THE MARKET SO WE NEEDED WORK DONE OUTSIDE, NEW SHUTTERS,NEW WRAP AROUND THE CARAGE DOOR, NEW INSULATION AROUND THE GARAGE DOOR AND A NEW WINDOW INSIDE THE GARAGE. INSIDE ~~ WALLPAPER REMOVED FROM BOTH OUR KITCHEN AND ONE BEDROOM TO HAVE THOSE ROOMS PAINTED AND WE ALSO NEEDED THE MASTER BEDROOM PAINTED AND A COMPLETE JOB IN THE MASTER BATH ( NEW FLOORING,NEW VANITY, NEW FAUCET NEW SHOWER FIXTURES, NEW LIGHTING, THE HALLWAY BATH NEW FAUCET,THE TUB NEEDED CAULKING THE BATH NEEDED ALL NEW FIXTURES AS WELL AS A NEW SHOWER HEAD AND THE FLOORING NEEDED SOME ATTENTION) . MR. HOWSARE TOOK HIS TIME WITH US AS WE WENT ROOM BY ROOM AND WENT WITH MY HUSBAND OUTSIDE TO SEE WHAT WORK WAS NEEDED OUTSIDE. HE SAID HE WOULD WORK UP AN ESTIMATE AND HE EMAILED THE ESTIMATE IN A COUPLE DAYS. THE ESTIMATE WAS FAIR AND REASONABLE AND WE FOUND MR. RONNIE and AL STARTED REMOVING THE OLD TILE FLOORING AND PREPARING THE FLOOR FOR OUR NEW FLOORING, CUTTING BASEBOARD , REMOVING THE OLD VANITY,MARBLE TOP AND FAUCET. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND THEY WERE VERY NICE AND COVERED OUR CARPETING TO MAKE SURE THEY WOULD NOT DIRTY THE CARPETS. BEFORE THEY WERE THRU WITH THEIR WORK THEY BROUGHT US BACK TO SEE IF WE WERE SATISFIED WITH THE WORK AND ASNSWERED ANY QUESTIONS. LATER THAT DAY HARVEY CAME TO INSTALL OUR NEW MASTER BATH FLOORING, HE ALSO DID A GREAT JOB. THE FOLLOWING DAY CHRIS ARRIVED AND EACH MEMBER OF THE CREW THEY ARRIVED RIGHT ON TIME EACH DAY. CHRIS WAS AMAZING, HE PAINTED ALL THE ROOMS, DID ALL THE PLUMBING, SET THE VANITY IN PLACE, PUT UP A NEW MIRROR IN THE MASTER BATH, ALL THE FIXTURES, DID THE ELECTRICAL FOR THE NEW LIGHT IN THE MASTER BATH AND THE HALL WAY BATH, REPLACED ALL THE FIXTURES IN THE HALLWAY BATH FOR THE VANITY AND TUB/SHOWER. HE THEN PREPARED THE KITCHEN MAKING SURE THAT THE BRAND NEW CABINETS AND GRANITE COUNTER TOPS, ETC WOULD NOT BE HARMED WHEN REMOVING THE WALL PAPER, TOOK DOWN THE WALLPAPER AND PAINTED THE KITCHEN,THE NEXT DAY HE PAINTED THE MASTER BATH, THE MASTER BEDROOM, THE NEXT DAY THE HALL WAY BEDROOM, TOOK DOWN THE WALLPAPER AND PAINTED THE HALLWAY BEDROOM AND HE PUT UP A BEAUTIFUL NEW LIGHT FIXTURE IN OUR DINING ROOM. . OTHER CREW MEMBERS WERE OUTSIDE PUTTING UP OUR NEW SHUTTERS,WRAPPING THE GARAGE,PUTTING UP NEW INSULATION AROUND THE GARAGE DOOR AND THE NEW GARAGE WINDOW. ALSO WE DO NOT WANT TO FORGET, AFTER WE SIGNED THE CONTRACT A MR. KEITH CHANEY CAME OUT TO GO OVER SHUTTER COLORS AND MEASURE FOR THE GARAGE WINDOW. HE WAS SO HELPFUL, WE TOLD HIM WE WERE GETTING THE HOUSE READY TO PUT ON THE MARKET AND NEEDED TO KNOW A SUITABLE COLOR TO PAINT THE ROOMS, HE HELPED US MAKE A VERY NICE CHOICE AND HE ALSO HAD FLOORING SAMPLES, HE TOOK HIS TIME WITH US AND MADE IT EASY FOR US TO MAKE THE RIGHT SELECTIONS. OUR HOME HAS GONE FROM DATED TO A HOUSE THAT WE WILL BE PROUD TO SHOW WHEN IT GOES ON THE MARKET. My renter was watching them and she told me that the worker spent only 5 minutes on the roof. I called CRM office to talk to the worker but the secretary said that I couldn't. I spoke to the person in charge of the worker and he said he went look at the roof and the worker did the seal . With 5 minutes of work, I hope I won't have anymore leaks.

The replacement was due to storm damage in late February. They worked closely with my insurance company in setting a price. Appointments and work dates were easily made and they were prompt in arriving. I didn't have any problems contacting them when I need to. The work was done in two days and nearly everything was cleaned up by the time they were done. I've only found a couple of nails on the ground. They did a beautiful job.

A few years back we had really bad weather that damaged our roof. The insurance company selected them to replace our roof. They did a really good job with this project. It took a long time to complete the task due to really bad weather. When they were able to finish the job it looked great. The owner himself came out to make sure the work was up to par. I rate this company very high. They did a very thorough job. The entire management team are very competent and do very careful work. The only issue I had was that some of the people they sub contract may not be quite as good. The sub contractors who came out to tear the roof off were trying to do an incomplete job. We were able to catch the issue and CRM was able to make it right. They are really good at responding when you do have a problem.

I only had to pay my insurance deductible of $250. They were very good and did just what they said and came when they said they would. They cleaned up after themselves. My insurance company accepted everything they said.

We communicated online and there was some communication even after they gave us the estimate. They were excellent.

We had a tree fall into our house and the insurance company called them to come out. They didn't do the work, but they did the advance work. They responded fast and they were here within an hour and a half. So, that was their best quality. They were very careful and cleaned up everything. They were very professional. Their price was in par with everybody else. I would use their services in the future too.

They did all the work in one day. They had a dumpster ready to collect all the damaged material. When they were done, you couldn't tell if that there was even a fire.

Everything was perfect. They did everything we wanted and they stayed on time and budget. Everything was good and the workmanship was good.

The owner is exceptional professional and very prompt.

I was largely pleased with CRM's work, but there was one disturbing lapse. The roofer did not extend the underlayment all the way to the drip edge, leaving about a one-inch strip of bare wood under the shingles, making it vulnerable to wind-driven rain and snow. Luckily I discovered it shortly after the work was done, and CRM came back out to remedy it. However, it was invisible and if I had not looked closely, including going up on a ladder and looking under the shingles, I might not have seen it until it was too late. Other than that, however, I had no complaints. This was storm damage and an insurance job, and as unpleasant events go, I was able to recover from it reasonably painlessly thanks to CRM.

They did a good job. They completed a roof for my neighbor as well, and I thought their roof looked good. Their price was reasonable. The crew was pleasant, courteous, and clean. I would definitely recommend them to someone else, and I'm happy that I decided to use this company. I'm using them again for other services that I need done.

I like CRM. I would recommend them. I do think that they try to make their customers happy. They will come back and do things if you are not happy. I think they are very professional. I did not look at competing offers but they have been mid-priced with past projects.

I spent $12000 on that work. They were very good about being punctual and doing exactly what they were going to do in a very timely fashion. They charged us exactly what they quoted us, which was nice.
