Comfort Insulation

So, called comfort to do an estimate. Estimator arrived promptly, was professional, and then never got back to us. We wanted green insulation, and they are one of the few doing that down here, so we persisted and called back. Got a second estimator out and a blower door test/energy audit scheduled. Came out and did it, it was fine, report promised end of week. Never came. Called back, finally got report and estimate 2 weeks later. Called to schedule with estimator, was sent back to estimator to schedule. Scheduled for 11/10/2010. They didn't show up by 9am, I called, I wasn't on their calendar. I gave up. estimated $16k worth of work and they lost it. --- Update. We ended up dealing with Bobby and his company anyway because we couldn't find another provider of green insulation. They offered a 10% discount for the early screwups. They came and did the first round of work and the attic was done well. They left some areas of the crawl space undone. I emailed bobby and got a prompt reply saying he would talk to the manager that was on site and get back to me. I emailed again 2 weeks later and got a prompt reply saying the would come back friday (today). They came back today, fixed some of the areas and said they couldn't get to the other areas and they may have to have somebody else come out, they weren't sure. When I said "I got back there" they offered to help me do it. (the house has a crazy crawl, built in 1898) So, in the end, they passed the insulation and foam gun to me and I insulated the missed area. I really like Bobby, and all of his people are very nice, but they have some general process issues they need to work out as a company. I offered them my feedback about the mishaps and he took it very well, so here's hoping it pulls together for them.
