Very good! They gave me a 10 year warranty and I had just one issue with the humidifier and they came out right away. They don't sell you what you don't need, the size the equipment to the size of the house and they are pretty professional in their size. What they said is what they did. They seemed to be straight forward about the equipment that they were going to put in whereas when I talked to the other companies no body would give me a little bit different prices so that I would go with them. And these guys from what I could tell they explained what they were going to put in and gave me the ratings and all that kind of stuff so it just seemed to make sense at that point.

I need to replace my heat pump. A good friend of mine recommended Central Air. I called to get an estimate. I was able to schedule an appointment within a few days. The tech was late arriving - 30 minutes late. I showed the Tech my current heat pump and gave him all the background information about it. He took my information and looked at the heat pump. He did not inspect it - just wrote the important information about the heat pump. He also looked at the outside unit - wrote down the important numbers. We discussed some options. He made recommendations for an upgrade for more efficient energy. He said he would have the estimate to me the next day. 2 weeks have gone by and I still do not have my estimate. I have called several times - spoke to a very nice person in the office, who said they would find out why it was taking so long. That person did call me back - within a couple of hours - but was not able to share any good news with me. He could not tell me why it was taking so long. I asked for the tech to call me directly. I never received a return call from the tech. I left 3 more messages. To date - they have not called me back. I guess they are not interested in my business. That is too bad since I will never recommend them to anyone I know who needs service to their heat pump or wants to replace/upgrade their heat pump. Not only did they lose me as a customer, but other potential (future) customers.

Steve Young is the owner. I have used him several times in the past. I live in a condominium and Steve has done work for our condominium on numerous occasions. We have heard about him and met him. All the condo owners here call him when they have an air-conditioning problem. Everyone knows Steve. He is very responsive and professional. He is dependable and honest. Everyone likes him because he is honest.
