Windows look nice. The installation wasn t as scoped but it wasn t major. The salesman never followed up after the install to see if I had any issues.

Great service and quick installation of sliding doors.

Had them install a round top storm door. Showed up on time and ready to work. Wasn't they easiest of jobs, but looking at the end product, you would never have guessed it. We love the new HGI door.

Air Tite installed a new screen and a siding glass door for me. Curt Taylor was very professional and told me the doors would be installed the following week, which they did. Great company and a fair price. I would do business with them again. The installation crew was great too. Thanks Air Tite!

The installation crew showed up on time and was in and out in a flash leaving me with 2 solid steel exterior doors and framing. The doors look great and the 3 guys were all polite and good-natured and seemed to really enjoy their work. I have no complaints.

Hired to replace front door of new townhouse. Curtis was great to work with and very responsive - even delivering a kick plate after the door had been installed after I realized I didn’t have one. Installers were on time and efficient. Would definitely hire again.

Curtis Taylor, the owner came to my house prepared to give me his best estimate to remove French doors and install sliding glass doors with screen. I was impressed with his demeanor and professionalism right away and was more impressed the further the meeting progressed. He gave me a wonderful estimate right away and the plans were in motion. It took awhile for the doors to come in, but I wasn't in any hurry. Winter and holidays got in the way, too, but again, no rush for me. When the doors were ready he sent his very professional and friendly crew to do the install and everything went smoothly. He replaced all of the rotted wood as promised. Everything was done beautifully and I am very, very pleased with the job. I would hire Air Tite again in a minute. Outstanding work.

Curtis was very honest with me with the initial estimate and didn't try to upsell me a bunch of junk I didn't need (unlike everyone else I talked to). The install team showed up on time and quickly replaced my front door in just a couple hours and didn't leave any mess or anything. The door looks great and works great! Awesome job!

On April 2018 I hired Air Tite to replace 1 door and fix the threshold on the entrance way and to redo a side door fitting to eliminate air/heat leakage. In November 2018 I called Curtis T. and told him that the threshold was not holding up. Curtis T. fixed the threshold to my satisfaction. Thank you, Curtis!

Outstanding Job

Curtis and his team were great! They replaced my front door and my french doors, on my deck. We have had them for 3 months and everything is just great. Not a single complaint. My basement slider needs to be replaced and I will deff be calling them back to do the job. As with another review, by Chris P., the other company I called wanted 50% more than what Air Tite charged. Don't let the other companies waste your time. Call Curtis and get the best deal on the best service.

Check BBB - Air Tite lost Accreditation due to POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - If I could rate lower than 0.5 I would. The lack of follow up is sad. The customer service is terrible. Had 11 windows installed and four doors. the front door was wrong and then still installed took over three months to have that corrected and when the replacement came in IT WAS STILL WRONG. the back storm door has been replaced due to craftsman ship - the second had the exact same problem, however, the installation was so bad that the trim broke off within a month of installation. Going on three months and still waiting for that to be replaced. Keep receiving messages that -"the door is coming" - never receive an estimate of when even though I have requested this several times. Now about the installation of the windows. First I had to deal with Scott calling he "hun and babe" commenting on my small size and complaining about his wife being overweight and fat. Made me very uncomfortable especially since I was home alone w/two men installers. Then my walls were damaged, hard wood floors were scratched and all of the wood around the windows was destroyed. The wood around the front door needed to be replaced and I was told I would have to go buy that. (initially it was part of the quote) Which I paid a lot for doors and windows - and I mean a lot.... one would think if installing a door, you might replace the wood and ensure it is the correct size to cover the hardware.... Not Air Tite. Lots of surprises - caulk was used to cover up damages around the windows, the wall was never repaired as I was told it would be or we would be compensated for by Curt Taylor. I'm not surprised (see BBB complaints) he does not honor which is why he lost his Accreditation. Outside exposed wood wedges between storm door and bricks not covered by aluminum wrapping. I have more than 30 emails and countless text messages attempting to resolve the on going warranty issues.

Curtis setup a time to come out and give me a quote on the door (nearly 50% less than what another contractor wanted to charge for the same services and product) very promptly. He was very responsive to all my questions and was in touch when needed leading up to the install. Scott and Bruce performed the install and were in and out in a few hours. The door looks fantastic. Will be hiring them again when I need more doors replaced. Took about 3-4 weeks from signing the contract to actual install, which is what was estimated at the beginning.

I was treated with respect and the exact nature of the job was explained to me. The workers were extremely professional and did not complain when I had roofers working at the same time. I was not hit with unexpected costs as the price quoted was exactly what I paid. I will be reaching out to them for two other doors and more windows as the ones I have are totally air tight!
