From what my husband and I can tell they widows that were installed were cheaper and not a good as thw windows we paid for. We were told that they do all the work themselves and don't use contractors, but two contractors came and installed the windows. When I called Air Tite they said that it was their guys and that the widows that were installed were the ones we ordered. I feel deceiived. Very disappointed
