Air Tite installed the wrong type of windows, because they would not pass historical code. In regards to recommending Air Tite Windows to a friend or colleague, so customers can click on it. I am having to sue AIR TITE for damages. Air Tite Windows are very dishonest to deal with. The Maryland Department or Labor and Licensing ruled against them in my case.

So far, they have been marvelous. Call before coming, show up within the hour time frame and are courteous and kind. Although they usually do larger jobs, they are replacing one pane for me. I will use them again for sure!!!!!!!!!

The install went well and we love the windows. However, the salesman did not mention that additional painting and sanding would need to be done to the window frame once installed. I specifically asked before signing the contract if any extra work would need to be done once the windows were intalled. I asked that he do this and they would not do it. The foreman had mentioned a very inexpensive charge for sanding the frame but they would not "throw it in". Based on the cost, I felt they could have done this but they refused.

Well Scott did what was on the contract but when Joe came to my house on Friday, March 23rd he measured the back basement window but he didn't put it on my contract I don't know why because that was one of the main things that I needed done. I still needs that one done.

Job was completed in a timely manner. The person who installed my exterior basement door was courteous and knowledgeable. It has been almost a year since my installation and I am still completely satisfied and happy with my basement door. I will definitely use Air Tite again.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS CONTRACTOR! After door installation would not return my calls after repeated calls and emails. Service Magic has also stated they have tried to contact this contractor without success. I had a insurance matter that I need documentation for and this contractor has just not responded at all to this time sensitive matter. Stay away from this vendor.
