Pups Windows and Doors

We brought 2 storm doors for an older Baltimore cape cod, which had odd sized doorways. Everything about the experience was smooth as silk. From the appt. regarding estimate to prompt and professional installation. The product, so far, seems sturdy, attractive and reliable.

Going on 11 weeks and no calls. Took deposit money from me to do work and have not heard from them since. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! THEY ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY!!!! The refund was issued

They replaced my gutter last spring. At that point I wouldn't say they were good or bad, but professional. Almost 8 months later, we had water damage on the side of the house where the gutter was installed. They returned at no charge to investigate and pinpointed the problem to warn roofing. They even took pictures that we could show the damage to potential roofiing companies.

They replaced 2 windows in the basement bedrooms, they had to cut the thick wall, they've done it quick and cleaned up the mess and debris after they finished. They understand what the regress windows should be done, I will call them again for the next windows project.

First off the installers were excellent, The problem was the salesman Curt Taylor didn't and refused to paint the inside door trim he replaced or the molding on the floor he put in. Even though as a customer I'm not into reading contracts every day and whether or not he had it written on the contract, it still should have been done at the factory or at lease before it was out in. To match the paint on the door is almost impossible and the peace on the floor he replaced and never bothered to stain means now I need to try to match that to my wood floor that has been down there for years. The Workers that was sent out were pleasant; and very friendly they completed the job in a timely manner;cleaned up after they were finished. I was very satisfied with the results.
