I had 3 contractors come to my house and give me an estimate on replacing my french doors in the back of my house. Of the three, Air Tite was the most reasonable. One of the reasons may have been that the other companies insisted that the transom window over the doors was all one piece and would have to be replaced with the doors. Curtis, from Air Tite, said that they were actually two pieces and that the transom would not have to be replaced. The installer was very knowledgeable and we were confident that he would do a good job. He says he had 20 years of expertize and it shows.

i was very pleased with the work done by Jack of Air Tite Windows and Doors. There was a slight misunderstanding about how the inside windows were to be fifnished however, Curt made good on his word and the work was completed as promised.

Good service in the beginning during the sales contract signing. After that service declined, it became hard to reach owner, but the secretary who answers the phone was very pleasant.

The installers were professional, polite and cleaned very well.

Excellent workmanship and pricing very good. The only problem I had was the representative was usually late for appointments.

There were numereous problems with this contractor starting with communication between the owner, the office, and the installers. Th The installers were cluless about what I was told was S.O.P for installation. They were 3 hours late. They repeatedly and proudly showed me how nice the installation was when it was obvious it was not (yet) installed correctly. The worst part was, the door had no handle and I was not told until they had ripped out the old and almost completed the new. The installer suggested I just stuff some paper towels into the hole until the office resolved the problem. At the time the nightime temps were in the teens

They were very patient and professional. They did a nice job in a timely manner for a good price.

Curtis did a great job of explaining his product. Once hired they showed up on time did an excellent job and cleaned up the area. Would definately recommend and use in the future.

The work was great, and they were on time . They also took a lot of time to make sure the door fit properlly and everything match up evenly. Could not ask for a better company and will recomend to a friend or family member.
