Air Tite was very prompt in responding to my call for an estimate. Their salesman, owner Curt Taylor, came over and gave me a very low estimate -- less than half what his competitors charge. I went with Air Tite. Curt's installer was very thorough, though he didn't have all the parts to finish my job in a day. He came back and finished up and re-adjusted my door after finding it needed a little more work to be perfect. The door looks great, swings great and makes my house look a lot better. I will use this company again when I install new windows in my home.

Quick, got windows installed in a short time to meet 2010 tax credit. Did a really nice job. Could have cleaned up a little better, but it was cold and trying to get everyone done by 12/31, so I'm oka with it.

We had 4 contractors give us an estimate to install french doors where there was no existing door. Curtis gave us the best and most knowledgeable estimate (realizing the job req'd knocking out a brick wall, other contractors had to call back to their HQ to ask if they could even do the job), Curtis also saw that the level of the ground outside was a few inches higher than the ground of the basement, and knew how to address it. Tina was also great to work with. I would have given them 5 stars had the guys that installed didn't leave a couple of bags of trash and the room dusty. Curtis addressed the issue right away though. I'd call them again.

Delivered a good product on time.

Curtis did not waste our time with a long sales pitch. He was able to give an estimate and do the contract in about 40 minutes. He does not sell you more than you need. The price was very reasonable. The work was done on time. We had 5 upstairs windows replaced and could tell the difference right away because the outdoor noise was so much quieter. It is also not nearly as cold next to the windows. If I had known it would turn out this well I would have had more windows replaced!

First off, this installer completed my door project for $1200 - that's $1800 less than the next closest bid. One of the other bids at $3000 even used the same door as my installer! The installer had a tough time with my existing door and spent over 6 hours ensuring that the job was done right (normally it's a 2-3 hour job). There were still some air leaks around the edges, and after contacting Air Tite the installer called me back immediately to schedule a time to readjust the door. At times problems are inevitable, but as long as they quickly respond and fix the issue I'm happy.

Window was ordered, delivered and installed per agreement and on time. No problems were encountered and I have no complaints.

I was pleased with the service I received from Air Tite Windows and Doors for the installation of my master bath window. They were able to accomodate me with a Saturday appointment which worked out fine with my busy schedule. The installers came when I was expecting them and completed the installation in last time than was previously suggested. They were friendly and cleaned up behind themselves. I would recommend them to a friend.

Failure to complete the job. We have had several schedule appointments to replace the locks but they do not show up to the appointments. The wrong lock was originally installed. They promised to order and replace with the current locks. This has been over a 2 month period and we still have the wrong hardware. If any has them to perform work do not pay until the work is completed properly, they do not follow up on the work they perform. The office does not answer the phone or call people back. I would not recommend them for any work until they resolve their internal problems.

Pleasant workers, but the finer points of the job (e.g., trim around window) were not professionally completed -- I had to redo or correct much of the work. Window was supposed to match an adjacent window, and it did not.

Service and quality of the door and installers was awesome. Phone call, questions, follow-ups all done in a timely manner. The door is great and works as advertised. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 was because of the waiting time for the door. Granted Air Tite really does have control on how long it takes to make a door but nevertheless it took over a month for the whole process from beginning to end. Still they did a great job.
