I have no idea what was an "appropriate" cost. I was somewhat shell shocked when told the cost of the repairs, as I had no context, but the service and quality of work were outstanding and they provided me more than I thought they were doing. Technician said it should've cost more than the initial estimate because of the level of difficulty but they avoided by the original quote.

Hiring Air Tite was such an amazing experience. The owner was professional and gave me a reasonable quote for quality french doors with a lifetime warranty! The installation team was efficient and able to trouble shoot onsite and install my doors with amazing results. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Definitely, the best price, and, scheduling was also more competitive than others. There was an issue with the door I requested and it was not built correctly so it ended up taking twice as long (about the same as what others stated because of supply). Install was quick but the door is slightly crooked and the safety door lock is crooked. Since they removed the existing threshold and did not replace there is a 1? gap under the door outside that I have had to stuff with steel wool to prevent critters from getting in behind the stairs. I asked the installer and called the owner but no one showed up to take care of it. Additionally, they broke one of my stone tiles on the staircase and damaged another during install. However, I didnt notice until spring.

I am working on my 4th project with AirTite. They come to do the estimate take the deposit and install the doors. They explain the price, call when the door arrives and install it. They clean up afterwards and leave. It is all very straightforward. I would have given them 5 stars but my last screen door does not latch properly, but they will come to check it. update on11/09..they never came back, just excuses. The screws came out in Aug.

Placed my order the first week of May. My beautiful door was delivered and installed yesterday (the second week of July). This was a long wait due to COVID-19 supply and demands. The repair team was awesome. They arrived on time, introduced themselves, and went straight to work. My only complaint is that I wish the seller had updated me on delays. I became anxious after the bill came and I did not have a door or delivery date. They did respond quickly to my text and email requests for status updates only to say they would get back to me. I would have liked a better progress report. "Something like "Our distributor has fallen behind, due to COVID and all orders have been delayed, Rest assured your order has been placed and we will alert you as soon we have more information." EITHER WAY, I am happy with this experience.
