The appointment went off on time and the information was provided was on target.I added another work item that I need corrected and Mr. Taylor knew what I needed and wanted. Mr. Taylor let me know that I could have the framing replaced without getting another front door. The 2 rating the value can not be given until the work is done so they are rated at one half value until they are done. I'm sure they will be top rated 5 when done.The terms for getting both items taken care of were good and the timing that was mentioned sounds good.I am looking forward to having the projects completed.

Airtite had very friendly and courteous personnel. However, we have been waiting for parts on windows they installed for over a month. The installers also broke a window frame. They left w/o telling us. The company did say they would repair it (which they said they would do when parts came), but the fact is we waited for both for too long.

I am very disappointed. At first they were excited for my business but after I gave them the deposit I always had to call them to set everything up, follow up is horrible. I ordered all white hardware but received mismatched hardware. The glass was scratched. Its been a month and I'm still waiting for them to replace everything. After numerous emails and phone calls, still no resolution.
