Air Tite delivered exactly what was contracted and on the agreed upon date. The entire process was very smooth and very professional. The installation work done by Scott and Bruce is without fault. After talking with other contractors I was concerned about potential siding damage with a new window cut-out, but Scott and Bruce installed the window without any damage to the siding. And the way that they were able to re-route the rain drain pipe looks great! I wouldn't hesitate to use Air Tite again and would recommend Curtis and his company. We love our new window! I actually had an entry door and two windows installed. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work. The installation was much more complicated than expected, but the installers did a great job despite all the challenges! The only issue was the installers did not bring any type of drop cloths or covers to protect carpeting, nor did they use any type of booties.

Owner operated. He is the one to set up the job and to make the contract. Prompt and on time. I had a front door and two storm doors installed. Final price: $ 3,963. I was so pleased with the product and service, that I hired him back for job#2 A couple of friends who have done renovations recently upon seeing the doors asked me who had done such a great job. The workers who installed the doors were very professional. They did part of the job while it was under 30F and at one point without electricity since the city had an outage.

They returned my call the same day and came out the next day to give me a quote. They kept me informed of my project and let me know my window arrived early. The guys that installed my window were friendly, reliable, and professional and had the whole thing done within a few hours. I am very happy with the company and I definitely recommend them.

They made sure I rec'd the door I ordered/wanted. They accompanied me to exchange the door they were given for the RIGHT door. After having been to my home & we discussed the door that I ordered, they knew they were given the wrong door by my vendor. I so appreciated them going with me for the exchange!
