They havenâ t yet completed my new deck; however, from the start of meeting and discussing with Eddie my deck project, I was impressed. Not only with his professionalism, but also his true interest and kindness making sure he understood all I was requesting-he also offered helpful advice. I would hire them again and have already passed along his info to my family and friends!

Great service. Eddie Cox come out on a Monday and told me what the worker would do. The worker came out on Wednesday on time both days and did and amazing job. The worker clean up all concrete you would never know they were there.I live in LaPlata had to get permission to widen the end of my driveway. You would never know that that they touch my driveway it look beautiful. I call several concrete companies in Charles county and these company were rude and took week to call me back. One companies I call still waiting for a call back. But thank to 7th State Builders, LLC I got the job done and excellent job. Due to a stroke I had the driveway widen to give me more freedom. So if you need concrete work big or small job call 7th State Builders to get it done right. I am a woman writing this review very happy with this company. Very professional staff to deal with. They are responsive when they are billing you. Other than that they are not.

They were very professional. The Customer Service was great. The Crew was very professional, hardworking and they cleaned up each day. They did a beautiful job. We will be hiring them in the future for additional jobs. They are not the most inexpensive, if you like quality professional work with great results than this was an exceptional value for us. Every member of the team at 7th State was a pleasure to work with. Thank you for our beautiful Parti-o!

The team that we worked with was very friendly. The project took a little longer than expected and they left a lot of equipment and materials at our house for several days after the project was complete, just waiting to be picked up by one of their trucks. It was very expensive, but we're happy with the end result. It looks nice. A few days after it was completed I noticed several small scratches on the inside of the brand new tub, so that wasn't great, but it's for a rental and we didn't really have the time to deal with it.

There are not enough words to express how happy my family is with the patio/firepit that Jay, Chase and his team designed and built. Our yard had a steep pitch and needed a lot of attention to detail to ensure proper placement of the design. 7th State executed perfectly.

This company did an excellent job of removing the old stone brick wall in our family room and installing a beautiful veneer stone on the first job and on the second job we hired 7th State for the remodeling my dining room. They were efficient, fast, and professional. They are pricey, but you get what you pay for and the customer service is impeccable!!! Eddie Cox has been our rep for all our projects and now we are working on our third project with him and 7th State. Awesome Company!!!

The installers of my front steps and railings did an excellent, excellent job. They worked with precision to make sure their installations were correct and measurements were accurate. They did an excellent job cleaning up once they were finished. I plan to use them again in the future.

They did an excellent job of replacing my front porch brick steps. I was extremely satisfied with the completed results. I will be using this company again in the future. Great job well done!!!

A neighbor had some work done by 7th State and I watched their progress, so I asked the neighbor for their contact. I had a small porch replaced by a screened porch. The original porch was wood and starting to dry rot, and was slippery in rain and snow. I met with Anthony in February for an estimate and to tell him what I wanted. The County permit process and requirements for improvement went on until September -- an 8 month wait. They required me to plant trees and shrubbery simply to replace something already there, OR pay a fee to not plant trees and shrubbery. Ashley in the office helped me through this and kept me advised of the progress toward getting it started. Work began on September 10, ended mid October. Each step had to be approved by the permit office. The workmanship and finished product are outstanding. Neighbors have complimented me on the improvement. Some workers worked up until 7:00pm to finish their part of the project. I would recommend this contractor to anybody.

I would like to thank the management and all the team members for the wonderful drywall repairs, painting & floating hardwood floor installation they provided. Throughout the entire process the team lead kept me informed of progress. The team was knowledgeable and made every effort to make my vision for my home's new look come to life. The services were performed and completed in a timely manner. The team was punctual and respectful of my property. I am very pleased with the quality of workmanship and would use them again and recommend them to friends and family.
