My husband and I came across 7th State Builders online. Eddie came out to our home for our initial consultation. He was punctual and professional. He listened to our vision and took the time to draw out a plan and explain the process. He was very knowledgeable and made some great suggestions. We decided to do a big project at our home. For the back: a rebuild and waterproofing of our previous deck and a large patio to go underneath it with a fire pit and sitting wall. The front of our house needed some repairs so we had them redo our sidewalk in the same patio pavers from the back. The whole area in front of our garage was cut out and they put in new concrete and leveled it out. They rerouted our gutters to prevent flooding as the previous design was doing damage to our foundation. The owner, Chase, was very hands on and kept us updated the whole time. He frequently made sure we were happy with the way things were going. The whole team made this project an enjoyable experience. Iâ ll admit, my husband and I can sometimes be difficult people to please-But wow!! They really knocked it out of the park for us! 7th Stateâ s precision and talent is unmatched. You are truly working with people that know what they are doing and they are the best at what they are doing. Communication from start to finish was consistent and open. They were very patient with our ideas and they added to our vision in ways we didnâ t think was possible. The whole crew was professional and extremely hardworking. Not only did they do an amazing job but you can tell this is their passion. The little touches they put on everything are amazing. The details they put in set them apart from the rest. On every area of this project they went above and beyond. The transition of starting another area after the completion of another was seamless. Once they had completed our deck they immediately came in and started working on our patio, and so on. They did not miss a beat. When you are working with 7th State you are truly working with the best in the area. We will use them again in the future and we recommend them to anyone that wants true quality and a modern take on what you are looking to do. Thereâ s nothing they canâ t do! I had my front porch replaced/repaired and the outcome was more than I expected! The completed project has my wife and I extremely happy. The workers were meticulous in making the project look fantastic and I would hire them again.

Great company to work with from start to finish. From meeting Nick we were sold on the company, Ashley and Chase were very helpful and worked with us on many aspects of this build that we weren't knowledgable about. Crew that came out to do the work were respectable and friendly. 7th State will definitely be our choice for other projects around our home.

I can't say enough about this company and the men who poured our new sidewalk!! Not only did they do a great job pouring my sidewalk, they even disconnected my garden hose and coiled it up next to my faucet! They were the most professional crew I have seen in my almost 67 years of life here on earth and that is coming from a pastor!!

Chase, Nick and Laurie were very professional and the gentlemen who did the install were early they were professional and respectful. They explain to me how long the process would take from removal to installation which was four days. It was a small job but it has made a big impact and now I have the best looking steps, walkway and railing in the entire neighborhood. Thank you 7th State and thank you for following up after the job was completed. I will reach out to you on future projects.

We were looking into redoing our old deck and got a quote which we thought was reasonable for our large deck. Then for another estimate, we called 7th State Builders. They explained that for the same cost, we could get a paver stone patio (which in the long run is far less maintenance). The owner worked with our budget and the gentlemen who laid our pavers were extremely professional and worked within our wishes. They removed the deck and finished the patio in about a week. Awesome job! After a week or so, it had rain for a period of time and we noticed that a small dip in the patio was collecting a puddle. After a call, they came out and fixed the problem. We would definitely recommend this company for a patio.

We were about to scrap our project after the first contractor Beltway Builders came out for an estimate. The price they quoted was so high we were going to forgoe this project and spend the money elsewhere. The 7th state builders came out and their representative Dan was knowledgeable, professional and worked with me to come up with a design we loved and met our budget which was half the price quoted by Beltway Builders. It really felt like he cared more about our satisfaction than getting as much money as he could from us.

Solid Work for a good price.

The estimator and the installer came on time as scheduled. Work was excellent and cleaned up after completed. No complaints about this company.

Chase was professional and great at giving ideas. I hired them Fall'19 to take down an existing deck and install a paver patio, replace French doors that led onto the deck with a beautiful window, replace a kitchen door that led to the patio and do a kitchen backsplash project. The work was done in a timely manner and Chase responded to my concerns promptly.

I hired 7th State Builders to replace rotten wood on our front porch and paint it, repair, rescreen and paint our back porch, paint an upstairs bedroom, rip out tile and redo our master shower and perform several little miscellaneous indoor repairs. They did a great job! They were polite, prompt, attentive and addressed any concerns when I had one. I would definitely use 7th State Builders again.

I contracted with this company for a patio with pavers. They did a fantastic Job. I loved it so much that I asked them to do 3 sidewalks with the same pavers. Then I asked about my pool. I wanted something to make my above ground pool look appealing. With the suggestions made (absolutely no pressure, just ideas) I ended up having a deck built on. It is a 32 x 10 deck with a Pergola in the center. It is beautiful. Because this was so awesome and the quality of work was fantastic, we now have the Fascia board on our house replaced with an addition of Soffits. It is beautiful and maintenance free. This company will be installing new gutters this week. 7th State Builders do it all. Their motto is If you can dream it, we can build it. This is so very true. I love All of the work and the crews are polite and clean up completely when finished with each job. I will be having a new addition built soon.

He listened to our concerns and what we wanted done and worked with us so the work could be done within our budget. The price was very reasonable. The work was started and completed on time. The crew was respectful and answered any questions we had. They did an excellent job on the project and cleaned up every day to our satisfaction.
