+ -1 moreRepresentative said they did not have time to do renovations and that our location in Columbia, near the mall was to far for them to come even though it says on their website that they service Howard County. Also had to wait 8 weeks for the phone call for him to tell me that because he went on his honeymoon apparently.

+ -1 moreI was told by Jeff that the job was too small and they are "really" busy and that the area we live in, Columbia, was too far away. Mind you that they are supposed to "service" the Columbia area. I honestly was shocked that he said that. Also I waited almost 6-8 weeks just for that phone call for him to tell me that they are "too busy"? Not cool at all. I see reviews on here that the costs of the jobs are less than I wanted to spend and this company is supposed to be listed as "the Best of Baltimore". Yeah, right.
Description of Work: I wanted to remodel 2 bathrooms in the house my husband and I are going to purchase.
